Mini Rocky
8/19/13 Day 110 of Cycle
PIP- I injected into my right delt last Wenesday, and still feeling pain from it. Also injected my left delt on Friday, and feel a bit of pain from it. Both arms got a bit bigger, and were hot, their virgin muscles though.
Diet- Won't be having a good diet today, GF and I are going out for dinner. So who knows what I'll eat.
GYM- Chest/Tri's/Calfs
Chest
DB Incline Press 3x8 3x80lb DB's (Up 5 lbs!, got all three sets)
DB Flat Press 2x8 2x90lb DB's (Up 5lbs, couldn't get a third)
DB Decline Flys 3x8 3x65lb DB's
Flat Bench Press 1x5 1x3 1x205lbs 1x215lbs (Up 20lbs!, only 3 reps though. I hit 205 perfect 5 and felt good, thought id raise)
Decline Bench Press 1x8 1x225lbs (8 reps nice)
Incline Bench Press 1x3 1x185lbs
Cable Flys All Pecs 3x15 1xLower 1xMid 1xTop
Tri's
Close Grip Bench Press 1x3 1x5 2x165lbs (First set was akward)
Reverse Grip Bench Presss 2x6 2x165lbs
*Did 1 set of dips, and few other tricep quick exercises*
