8/19/13 Day 110 of Cycle

PIP- I injected into my right delt last Wenesday, and still feeling pain from it. Also injected my left delt on Friday, and feel a bit of pain from it. Both arms got a bit bigger, and were hot, their virgin muscles though.

Diet- Won't be having a good diet today, GF and I are going out for dinner. So who knows what I'll eat.

GYM- Chest/Tri's/Calfs

8/20/13 Day 111 of Cycle Injection/Weigh In

Anavar- My final dosage of Anavar ends this Sunday. That is a good 60 days of Anavar and 50mg ED.

Cycle- Injected 125mg of Test Prop into delt.

Weight- Weighed in this morning at 162.4lbs

Diet- Diet was horrible yesterday. Me and my girl went out to dinner, and ended up eating candy and other sweets. For my meal I tried to keep it nice, with steak + SP Fries + Brown Rice but of course it was loaded with oils and sodium. Today and possibly tomorrow going to try and cut my carbs low.

Friday 5/3/13 Day 5

Cycle- This morning I took my 3rd dosage of Armidex .25mgs. Last night took my second shot of Test-E 250mg. It went much smoother, and got it first time. I let the vial sit in very hot water for 3 minutes. During my drawing I did what Kravi suggested and push the air out a bit until a lil fluid comes out. I did it on my left leg this time, basically the same spot as my right leg. When I was pushing in, my leg jerked a tan which I must have hit a nerve. I didn't take it out, just kept going in. Was all the way in, and aspirated which saw a tiny bubble come in but no blood. Started slowly injecting, which I knew I was in because even though going slow myself it wanted to take its sweet time. After it was done I let the needle sit in there for 30 seconds before removing.

Body- No pip from last nights shot, it is a bit sore but that may be from Leg day yesterday. I feel my bloating is going down just a tad, but I think I have put on a very small fraction of weight.

Sleep- Went to bed around 3am, setting my alarm for 11pm. Damnit I woke up at like 8:45, and tried to fall back asleep but couldnt so got up at 9am. Which is only around 6 hours of sleep. I do feel a bit tired today :/

Diet- Trying to get rid of this Reduced Fat Lunch Meat Ham I received from work. It's been in my fridge for 2 weeks, and decided instead of eating my chicken (which I cooked 3 lbs of CB cut up into 12 4oz pieces) which I will save later this weekend. Tonight I'll be raising my total calorie intake to 2700, which won't be a problem since last few days I've went to 3k since I did a bit more exercise then normal.

Meal 1- 4 pieces of Natures Own x2 Fiber, 2 slices of Fat Free Cheese, and 5 slices of the Ham.
Meal 2/Pre- 225grams of Sweet Potato
Meal 3/Post- 1 scope of Whey, 2 servings cheerios, 1/2 serving corn flakes, 1 serving honey, spoon full of Dex, and 2 cups skim milk
The rest not sure of as of yet, better detailed strict meal plans starting next week.
Meal 4-7 will contain Lean Beef Pattie, Chicken Breast, Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Ground Turkey, String Cheese, Broccoli, oatmeal

Gym
Today was Shoulder Day, with a few sets of random Forearm exercises.

Delts
Dumbbell Over Head Press 4x6-8 45 lbs (Added 5th set in for a bit of wore out, 1x6-8 40lbs)
Face Pulls 2x15 80lbs (still trying to figure proper form)
Bent Over Dumbbell Lateral Raise 2x15 (25lbs, then 20lbs)
Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3x10 (25,20,15)
Front Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3x10 (25,25,20)

Traps
Barbell Shrugs 3x8 (first two sets 245lbs, last set 225lbs)

Now looking at this it makes me wonder if I'm over training my shoulders. The time it took for this gym time was 40-45 minutes. I know you can do more sets when your on Test-E though, but still.

master are you using g.25 og needle? and 3cc syringe? is it advisable?? did it hit the muscle? or only sbcutaneous tissue?
 
8/22/13 Day 113 of Cycle Injection Day

Cycle- Injecting 125mg of Test Prop into Left Delt.

PIP-Well starting last night, the shot a few days ago into my right delt started flaring up. These damn virgin muscles, I'm having to make excuses to people when they notice my arm is a bit inflamed and aching hah.

Side Effects- This possibly might be a side effect, noticing a bit more acne. Now just because im getting more acne, I won't blame it on the stuff. Just thought I'd jot it down.

Diet- So got a new scale, and it has a DCI (Daily Calorie Intake) for you're goal. I wanted to test it out, so I made two profiles. 1 for losing 5 lbs, and other to gain 5lbs, each in 5 weeks time. Basically it went by the 500 calorie surplus or deficit, and it estimated my maintenance is 2750 calories. So I'm going to assume it's in the ball park picture of being truthful, and to me it isn't far off from where I've been at. But me being at 3000 calorie diet now, puts me at 250 surplus which is what I want for a lean bulk for the next 2-3 months.

Goal- Of course its best to still be in a surplus when doing PCT so you don't lose gains. So for the next 2-3 months I'm going to try a lean bulk with a 200-250 calorie surplus to try and make everything muscle gain. Which if I do a 200-250 surplus, I'd almost estimate I'd gain 5-6lbs over 3 months. I'd wish it'd be all muscle too hah.

8/23/13 Day 114 of Cycle

I usually have a weigh in, but last nights diet was horrible. My GF gives me strong temptations. She mix's together very sugar maple syrup and peanut butter, and we had peanut butter cookies. By god it gave me the shits, and surprised it didn't give me a heart attack. Eating a bit under maintenance today to make up for it.

PIP- Both delts feelin it since both have been injected into this week. Kind of sucks, since my last two shots are in the quads, so next cycle I'll have to go back to feelin the delt virgin muscles again.

Supplements- Since anavar ends this Sunday, going back down to 5 grams daily on creatine. Possibly just do 5 grams only on workout days.

8/26/13 Day 117 of Cycle Last Injection

Cycle- Today I injected 125mg of Test Prop, and this makes it my final shot of my cycle. I start PCT Thursday

Body- I can already notice a bit of feeling of the cycle slipping away. Strength is still good on majority of lifts, but body feels a little worn.

Diet- Hitting 2950 calories for now on, keeping protein around 200 grams since off cycle but still high enough for PCT.

Supplements- Creatine is now just 5 grams, Glute is just now 10 grams except on Mon/Wed for fasted cardio.

Curious to know, what did you weigh in at on last day of injection?

I'm weighing myself tomorrow, and Friday so I kind of average them out. So I'll know my ending weight Friday most likely. But my weight isn't truely accurate since dropping 5 grams of creatine takes 2-3 weeks to come off so there goes some water weight. Also some water weight drop from coming off the juice. I'd estimate around 25lbs.
 
8/27/13 Day 118 of Cycle Weigh In

Weight- Weighed in at 160.6lbs

Sleep- Was exhausted last night, kept nodding off during a movie.

PCT- I will most likely double my PCT dosages the first week, possible do a double 2nd week. But my PCT will end up being around 6 weeks, i dont see a reason not to use up all the Nolva and Clomid.

Comments- "Dude you're biceps are getting fucking huge!"

Did you measure your biceps before? Any idea how much they grew?

8/29/13 Day 119 Start of PCT Weigh In

Weight- Weighed in this morning at 159.6lbs

PCT- Starting PCT today. First two weeks I'm going to double the dosages doing 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20. I'll have enough left over to possible run normal dosages two more weeks, so I'll end up doing that.

Diet- Thinking of eating more since im down a lb since Tuesday. Could be drop in creatine, and water weight.
