I have done the Niles Sus and liked them...as far as Sus goes. I have also done the omna's and didn't care for them. It's just a preference though. No way of knowing how you'll react until you actually do them for youself.

I liked old omnas when they were omna...i just ran a qv cycle and was not pleased...compared to the sus cycle i did, i would say i prefer the sus...with not being concerned with blood levels, i say sus...for some reason my body prefers a multi ester test then a single...

so is that someting you know from experience or just heard and are repeating it? not being a dick but a lot of people "hear" things and go on and repeat it w/o any kind of proof/knowledge of what theyre even saying

Sry bout that, My friend used some Bold QV and it wasn't, i guess you could say, up to par, and it tore his glutes up, he was in serious pain, so i heard from a source.
