Test E QUESTION!

Iv taken 3 injections since I started and I wanted to know when does it actually start to take effect?

I read on another forum that its at its peak at 24-36hr after injecting? is this true? Sounds like something more like prop.

Before I start I weighed 188 its going to be a week tomorrow, and this morning I was 193. I checked my BF and and I was still at 15%. My diet is on point every day. Im getting 2800 cal a day- 50 Pro, 30 Carb, 20 fat.... Though some days Ill come a little short on my carbs( I log my food every day using myfitnesspal.com)

I am also drink about 4-6L of water a day. When should I expect to start seeing results in body fat reduction?
Im running test e on its own for 10 weeks then continuing it with Winstrol (winny) for 6 week. I would really like it if I can get down to say 12% bf on this cycle.

From your guys experience is this possible? Im only doing cardio 2x a week right now but will up it to 3x in the next couple of weeks if things dont change.
 
Ok man you wont see ANYTHING for at least 3 weeks..At 4 weeks your lifts will start going up and you will start sexing your girl much more...

At week 5 you will really start to feel the awesomeness ...At least that's how it is for me

I take it this is a cutting cycle so I wont go crazy on the "your diet is to small" issue. But I would still at least double your protein.. As far as the winny.....I hate Winstrol (winny) but some like it . For me the hair loss/dry out side effects are really not worth the benefits (just my opinion).

how many mils of the Test E are you running per wk ...And the winny??

I really hope this is a cutting cycle .....BTW? are you running an AI? and what about your PCT?


Just be patient man to go from 15% bf to 12% bf is a big jump but very possible. I personally think anything under 12% is unhealthy but I am sure many will disagree. at 12% most men with a solid build look ripped so I am betting you will be very happy if you reach the 12%..

I just really think your dieat is a little on the lean side even for a cutting cycle....I hear 3J coming...lol

This is a cutting cycle, my diet is on point. Iv calculated my TDEE before I started to inject. My TDEE was 3300 and I have my self on 2800 cal diet- 50% Pro, 30% carb, 20% fat.

Right now Im doing 500 mg of test E- Galineka- My friend said to run it at least 750 a week, some guy on here said its a waste. I think my friends just trying to get me HUGE while making some cash because every forum I have read everyone says do 500 mg. As for my Winstrol (winny) I am going to be doing 50mg tabs- I already have it and the lab is Norther Pharma.

I am not running a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) right now- what should I be running for and why? I havnt felt any sides yet.
For PCT, I have HCG and Clomids

I really want to hit 12%, Hell id even be happy with 13%.

the 2800 cals that I get in every day is all good quality food, Good complex carbs, good fats, and good sources of protein. I know a lot of people say that on here but I am confident in my knowledge of picking the right foods. here is a typical day for my diet

Breakfast- 1 cup steel cut oats, 3 packs of splenda, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
1 whole egg w/ half cup egg whites, 16 oz of water.

Snack- 2 scoops whey , appple or banana.

Pre workout/ lunch- 1 cup brown rice, 8oz chicken, 1/2 bell pepper to make a stir fry.

post workout- normally the same as my pre. OR i have 1/2 a large yam with chicken and french beans or broccoli. I normally have a 2 scoops pro isolate right after then 30 min later ill have my meal.

Snack- almonds and maybe a coffee.

Dinner- Grilled Chicken and salad. or some steamed veggies.

Snack- 1 cup low fat greek yogurt with spenda and cinimon. if not that Ill have some nuts.

Bed time- Casein with 1 tbls of almond butter or peanut butter. OR ill have 1 cup of greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop protein.


I feel like I have my diet down, but thats just me. Let me know what you think

test-e really wont do much for you in terms of reducing bodyfat. It's really all up to your diet but the equipose may help a bit.

Looks good dude.
Post workout you need fast digesting carbs and protein. The iso is good. But as far as the brown rice goes you need to change that. You need to replentish all the glycogen you lost during your workout. Switch it to white rice. And. Pre workout chicken is ok. But fish will do you better it it digest faster. When you eat something like chicken before your workout your body is digesting it and takes away from your pumps! :)
