Test e/run time

Ok so I started my first test e cycle (250mg twice a week) at the end of feb. I'm about to start week 4 on Thursday. At any rate, I was about 177 before starting my cycle and am now at close to 190. I'm used to being a speedy runner i.e. 6 minute miles without trying too hard. Lately (today for instance) my mile time was a staggering 7:45 and I struggled and whimpered to get that. My shins felt like they were going to fall off as well as my low back. No issues with quads, heart rate was fine, and didn't even run out of breath at the end like usual. Is this due to the rapid weight gain and my body still adjusting or something else entirely I'm overlooking? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Yes I just ran up the incline today (stairs on the side of a mountain that go straight up for a few miles), and that kicked my ass too! Same spots calves shins and low back :/. I'm positive its not a cardio thing but it only happens when I run or something of that nature.

i ran xc in highschool and it makes sense your mile time would get screwed up. imagine someone strapping a 13lb weight vest to you before a race. your body will need a month or two to adapt to the rapid weight gain.

Thanks guys, I'm also considering some better running shoes because these shin splints are still killer. I have to take a week off of running because last time this happened I tore a tendon :/. Cycle is going good though!

I did a prohormone last year and went from 162 to 187 and was bulking with high calorie diet and that shit happend to me exactly. I was playing indoor soccer and could not even run two minutes without getting completely exhausted and shin splints from hell. Its from all the extra weight that your body is not use to having. I was talking with my old trainer and he said the same thing happens to him
