Test En...1 injection or 2 per week?

Planning on doing 500mg test every week for 10 weeks. However I recently noticed a few threads with people suggesting a similar dose of test be split into two injections...250mgs each time in my case. Anyone have a preference or opinion on the matter? BTW this is my first cycle.

I'd go with 250mg twice a week.

It will help you maintain more stable blood hormone levels.

I did once a week... but twice would keep them more stable. Monday and Thursdays....

go for 2 so you have more stable levels in your blood
