Test Flu??

I am in week 3 of
350mg Test E Shot on Thursday
75mg Tren ED
.5 ml of Anastrozole ED
1.25 Bromo ED

I shoot test thrusday morning, and last week on tuesday around 4-5pm I began sweating like crazy, pounding headache, dizzy, and got sick to my stomach. It lasted time the early morning. Today, on Monday, 4th day after my test shot, same shit happned. I have read that I should stop the AI's, should I stop both or just Anast? Also heard HTP may help, and to up my vit c? Any advice on what to do?
