Test for first cycle any suggestions?

Currently 250lbs 6'3 and 34yrs old. Been working out off and on for the last 18 years. I have a fairly good diet and routine going on right now. High protien low carb for diet and a four day routine with 2 1/2hours of cardio a week. Looking to gain size now and cut down in the summer. Looking for input for a first timer with Test or anything. I was originally going to do a Test/Tren but since talking on the forum have since changed my mind. Looking for input as to Type of Test, Amount and a PCT. This will be my first time using so even if you have input as for injection locations. I was thinking Delts, Quads & Ass. 6 spots and rotate.
 
hey bro glad to see someone finally posting stats before they ask! you're a good man!

test cyp or enth would be good at 500mg/week, whichever you get for cheaper giver hell. grab nolvadex or arimidex to help combat any estrogen related side effects, also figure out what you're gonna run for PCT, nolva or clomid or run them together, your choice. i'm guessing youre only going to want to run 20 shots (10 weeks) i wouldn't go over 15 weeks for a first time (30shots). PCT starts 2weeks after last enanthate shot and 3 weeks after last cyp shot (if i remember correctly, it's been a while). It's completely up to you where you inject, some people like to rotate some people like to stick with 1 area, really it doesn't much matter... delts quads and glutes are the best areas.. you'll hear some guys injecting in biceps, triceps, tras, calves (i wouldn't reccomend that right away) so stick with the 3 basics... if you find you don't like shooting in 1 spot then don't... you're only taking 2 shots a week... so really if you're more comfortable shooting in just your shoulder then shoot until your hearts content!! good luck bro and keep us posted!!

500/week is plenty for first cycle. you'll gain 15-20 pounds like crazy dude. please tell us when you start. week-4 is the bomb
