Test levels

Hey guys i dont know if this is the right forum or not. Heres the deal im 21 and i have gyno ,and have had symptoms of low test levels . (been overweight as a teen). I got my blood work done and total test is 450 and free test is .8 . He says these levels are perfectly normal. I dont think so and dont feel like it. What do you think?

theyre in the "normal" range but they still suck for a 21 year old. Should have estrogen checked also to see if its high.
