everyone is different, I was comfortable on 1,800mg of prop a week, anything over 2 grams I dont find much of a difference in gains, just more water retention. I have never had to use an anti e before, even frontloading with 3,600mg. I still get great results at low dosages, like now I'm only running 250 eod, but also useing tren, t3 and gh. Now conversly I know guys who get gyno from 250mg. Dosage is specific to your body and the sides you do or dont get and how well you can handle them.
