my goals are to increase my strength while losing weight. Within the past 2 years ive had broken my back and my leg. I am not at the same physical strength i used to be at. I have put on a little weight during the period i was on crutches, and have had trouble losing it as I have began to increase my cardio and running since my leg has healed. I would like to lose the beer gut, and be a little more cut. I am 5'10, 200 pounds. In november 07, when i broke my ankle, i was playing football at a weight of 183.
