Test prop/ Clen/ Superdrol Cutting cycle

test is test. there is no difference between the 'test' in test cyp and the 'test' in test prop . the only difference is the oil and the time of absorption, test cyp is slower absorbing and requires less frequent pins, test prop is faster absorbing. thats the only difference. results will be the same over the big picture . test prop will be faster acting, but also faster out of your system as well.

you can always front load test prop for the first 2-3 weeks while taking test cyp as well, to get the benefit of the fast acting prop. then stop the prop and just continue with test cyp for the convenience factor.

Rather than front loading, i'll just use cyp, that would be better.. how long should my cut cycle be if i plan to cut with cyp??
 
Damn! A 12 week cutter.. Ill have to give it a thought.. Going low carb got 12 weeks will be be a challenge in its own. Lol. I think it'll just do 8 weeks prop and clen, short and sweet..

12 week cuts is what the majority of BBers do. I just started mine for shows in October. It isn't that hard, just need to be disciplined. For me, 13 weeks to lose 11 kilograms

Week 1-12 400mg Test Cyp
Week 1-12 adex @0.25mg eod
Week 1-12 Clen (40/40/60/60/80/80/Increase as per tolerance)
Week 9-12 70mg Anavar

Wait 2 weeks
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25


TEST PROP
Week 1-8 400mg Test P (350 average)
Week 1-8 adex @0.25mg eod
Week 4-8 70mg Anavar
Week 1-8 Clen (40/40/60/60/80/80/Increase as per tolerance)

Wait 3 days
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25

My pre contest cut is 20 weeks. 11 weeks in now. It allows you to keep your carbs higher and still add muscle while slowly melting off fat. Learned that from my coach (pro bodybuilder) it makes sense. Why wait until 12 weeks out and drastically alter your macros and make yourself miserable on low carbs. I've lostarted 25 pounds so far in 11 weeks. Slow progress. But I've also put on a good 10lbs of muscle in the peocess. Got 15 more to loose and 10.5 weeks to do it. At a steady 2lbs a week. I will be right in mark. And im not carb deprived or having hunger pains.

Also onk, I'm sorry man I have to disagree with 300 of proper being to Low. My very first cycle was 8 weeks of prop at 400 per week and I felt like superman. Everyone reacts differently so doeses will vary person to person. Also your way more experienced than this guy so maybe you need a shit load of prop to feel the effects. Just my .02

healthy debate is always good and you're correct, there's always variables at play. However, given this guy didn't have blood work to test his test/free test/total T scores, I gave the average advice that most young 20-30 years olds would be doubling their natural test levels with 500mg/wk. As well, I don't see value in shutting down your HPTA for anything less. Not to mention, 500mg is very manageable and not cost prohibitive. The only difference between 300mg/500mg a week is slightly diff AI dose, 1cc more to inject each week and better results, everything else being equal.

As for contest prep, 20 weeks sure can make sense if you're doing one show a year. If you're doing more, you'll need a shorter time to bounce between weights - but as a caveat, you'll also keep yourself leaner rather than really bulk out between competitions. Moreover, after a few competitions losing 10kg in 12 weeks is fairly simple with not much muscle loss, so why kill your lifestyle for another 2 months that you don't have to? In your prep you're trying to lose 40 pounds in 20 weeks. I would never ever have 40 pounds to lose as for me BBing is about looking good year round and building a physique I enjoy daily, not just for a few days a year when I'm lean.

As well, I can put myself in ketosis and have no issues :). Not saying everyone should or can do that, but it can be done. I truly do think people make things harder than they are, or worry too much.
 
Totally agree with part of this....

Other than TRT, I wouldn't shut myself down for any less than 500mg per week.

The risk just isn't worth the reward for any less in my eyes.
