Hey guys, I am looking to do a 12 week recomp cycle starting next week.
Stats:
5'7, 185 lbs
14% bodyfat
1 test prop cycle under my belt 500 mg per week. My gains were shitty, as I was uneducated about diet and ballooned up in fat. Decent strength gains, but not happy with the end result.
Here is what I currently have in my stash:
I would like to run an 11 or 12 week cycle.
8 grams of test prop
42 winstrol 50 mg
Using low dose letro as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Worked perfectly on my 1st cycle and did not lose libido.
Extra money to spend on fat burners if needed.
My goal:
175-180 lbs at 8-10% bodyfat by Halloween. My maintenance calories are about 3000 calories per day.
Can someone please help me set up this recomp cycle, and suggest how many calories I should be taking in for my goal? I am willing to buy some clen or fatburners if I really need them. I also lift 5x a week and make consistent strength gains even with the high training frequency.
