test sust 270 and immobile shoulder
2nd cycle. gp test Sustanon (sust) 270. 800 mg/week. 3x1ml pins at 25g 1 ml for delt
on friday i was pinned in right delt. everything felt fine, a little burn. Get to the gym 10 mins later and i feel like i've been doing my right shoulder exercises for about 2 weeks straight. no biggie go light.
that night- 3 hours later i can't move my shoulder. it's a tad red and slightly swoolen. it's very tender.
been pretty much the same whole weekend. almost puts me to my knees if bumped. tried putting a shirt on by myself and had to get the gf to help.
what could it be? i don't think an infection can occur in 15 mins?
