Quickly history tho- I'm a TRT guy. 55yo. 6'2", 225. Body fat no idea. You can find some pics jumping back to base thread. 2nd tren cycle, 2nd equipose cycle, 1st for the two stacked. You can also read my entire history with these two compounds back at base thread.

400 test/ 200 tren/ 400 Eq. Now 1.25 mg anastrazole/wk (was 1.75), caber 0.75/wk

At week 5.5. Last week bloodwork test 2140, E2, 15.2, prolactin 0.6

Sarmsearch offered, if i was interested, to supply a free bottle of RAD140 to stack with my current blast and give an honest review as I continue toward my 14 week intended finish line. I agreed. So I begin.....
 
RAD140 starting dose 10mg/day. If I stick with this, I have a 30 day supply. Oh yeah, stuff taste not as bad as LGD, but still pretty bad lol!

Weekend update: excellent meet up, workout and calorie consumption with Primoballin Thursday! Then also excellent band practice Saturday, groupies included :-o

Thur: cals 2770, carbs 42%, fat 37, pro 20
Fri: cals 3930, carbs 39, fat 35, pro 26
Sat: cals 3840, carbs 30, fat 44, pro 26

Travel weekends always screw up my macros but I mostly was focused on keeping cals up and the continuous search for protein. Headed to gym shortly. Will update....

Biceps PR day, but since doubling up on them cuz of last weeks special event, decided to do volume instead.

10 mins cardio
Cable lat pull down: 260x10, 10, 10, 8 & 200x8
Cable rows: 230x18 wide, 230x12 narrow, 200x12 wide, 180x18 narrow, 180x15 underhand

Curls to burn n pump: 36# ez barX 26, 1arm preachers 30x10, 25x7,10,10

Serious, debilitating biceps pump! Yeowch!

Weight 218 (so roughly 3500/day and I lost a pound!)
Cals 3500, carbs 32, fat 26, pro 42. - see the difference when I'm at home!

Ahh im keen to see what you think about the rad 140 you're log with the lgd was awesome.

I really enjoyed the LGD and wish in hindsight I had bought a second bottle so I could have kept it going. Very impressive.

I'm hoping the RAD kicks in quicker that the LGD did for me. I seem to be a slow starter. Lol!

Horrible sleep. Had to stay up until post office opened. Then 2 hours later mail lady at the door with another package. So I ate more. 4 hours later back up for appointment. So kinda dragging as

DB bench: 55x22, 65x18, 70x7, 50x10, 40x12 - da pump!
Cable tris: 85x12,10, 65x12, 55x10, 45x20 - yeowch!
DB standing tris: 30x7 (man I'm shot already), 25x12,10, 20x12, 15x20
One arm cable pec: 22.5x20,20
DB pullovers: 50x12, 60x8 and I'm totally shot.

Weight 217.5 - so what do I have to do to gain weight? 4000 cals/ day!?! Lol! Wifee gets home tomorrow so that'll help a lot to have her meal prepping again. All I can say is, "wow". This blast is different from any other I've ever done. Which ain't that many, granted

Yeah i do like lgd myself sort of feels similar to deca imo
I do like rad 140 feels very similar to test for me it is usually used in sarm cycles to replace test ive used it alone and stacked with sarms not to bad at all hopefully you like it .

I would like to see what you think about ss yk 11 just cracked a new bottle myself and i reckon if lgd is sort of the sarm version of deca and rad is the sub for test i think yk would be the tren lol after a couple of days ive got achey joints like i do on tren and i already feel harder (muscles ) not my love muscle :) i might have to sort you out a bottle after you run the rad

After a day off doing wifee chores, I'm back at it. No skipping the supps, just no gym yesterday. Also proved that I CAN gain weight. More on that later...

Got lots of sleep today. Broken and fed, but total hours good. Legs - reps day

DB military: standing 25sX16, 30x12, 35x12, shoulder starts aching. Seated 40x8 and I better quit

So Monday cals was 4020, Tuesday cals 4280, today cals right at 3650....

Weight (before big download) 222 so get my cals up around 4000 and weight went up. 4.5#s
At 3500/day I lose, roughly. Big, big change in required cals for me from just a few months ago!

Carbs 29, fat 31, pro 40. That btw is 350 grams protein for today's cals. Plenty? Too many? Friggin bunch o meat for sure (well meat and shakes)

Also joined local gym as I will be losing my free ride once I retire, so no more excuses because of limited equipment!

Off a few days. Felt I needed the rest. Slept a lot today. Keeping cals and supps up.

Trying new gym, biceps day

Two balance beam scales. In gym = 225.5. In locker room = 224. Bathroom scale =225.6

Once I got wifee settled on a treadmill, I did a couple machines first. Had to feel out the weights.
"Upper back" is a row with outward sweeping arms: 50x12, 100x12, 120x12, 140x7, 150x5
"Pull down" also has outward sweeping arms: 100x12, 150x12, 170x12, 190x7, 200x8

Then downstairs to the free weights room.
Bent barbell curls: standing 50x15, 70x8. Then to preacher bench 70x8, 50x12, 50x16
Bent over rows (not too bent cuz no back brace) : 50x12, 70x10, 80x10, 90x8, 100x6

Not too busy. Lots of older equipment but it'll do just fine for the few months we are there. Left my gym bag at work so no gloves was the killer. I get blisters really easy without em. Also no preworkout nos but that actually was no prob. Had my americano and energy was good. Music sucked tho ;-)

Always enjoy the challenge of trying different machines as they force the motion thru just enough differences to feel super challenging as they are working ever so slightly different muscle combinations and leverages. Fighting muscle memory

On the freeweight side, it was nice to have some bars and a real preacher bench

Good pump and good sweat. Still too early to claim any impact from the RAD140, but my stamina held out really well. I'm always annoyed when my cardio-ability gives up before my muscles. Tren does that to me. Bad. The RAD is s'posed to help with that
 
Welp, something bad has to happen soon cuz I'm just not allowed to have so many good days like this!!! Lol! Legs have been aching something fierce all weekend but slept a ton and kept the cals up (as reflected in my weight) plus rode the Harley into work and no one tried to kill me!

So lemme tell ya: triceps 6x5 day. Feeling really good. Upbeat. Positive. Granted, lacking the anger I'd prefer to have in the gym but gittin it anyway!

10 mins cardio. Faster than normal and hardly budged my heart rate. Hello? RAD? Is that you?

DB flat bench: 55sX6, 65x6, 75x6, 85x6, 90x6. Video running. No WO partner. Empty gym. Shall I? I shall! Paced a bit, psyching up. Grabbed those 100 pounders like they were coffee cups. Sit. Couple deep breathes. Roll back. Up for one, two, three, four. Five gets a little wiggly, grrr! "Get up there", I yell. Six. Left arm lagging. Seven..... come on! Pussie! EIGHT! Let em down slow n controlled. New PR! Again! And shoulder feels good :)

Standing db tris: 30sX6, 35x6, 40x6, 45x6, 50x6 barely
Cable tris: 90x6, 105x6 and now I'm wiped, 80x10, 70x10, 60x12 real slow n painfully
DB Pullovers: 50x6, 60x6, 70x6, 80x6, 85x6 barely again

Finish with 32.5# one arm cable pecs: 12, 12

Once again, muscles shot but cardio still strong. Luv it!

Weight 225.5, so heavy outside gym scale is correct. That means since I upped my cals 12 days ago (and added RAD, and lowered my anastrazole), I've gained 7.5 pounds.... of something ;-)

Just a couple more days at the work gym. Getting the guilt screws turned on me by my beautiful young workout partner. Dang, I should have left my estrogen extra low! Lol!

I was a bit late on my nos and a bit light on sleep, so....

6x5 leg day:
10 mins cardio
DB squats: 60sX8, 70x8, 80x8, 90x8, 100x8
85# db shrugs: 15,15,15 ouch!
Some db lunges with 60#-ers: 6,6. Hate these
40 hanging calf raises
Standing db military: 25sX8, 30x8, 35x8, 40x8... and got a sharp pain in OTHER shoulder letting these down. Done.

Weight 225.5 again. Had to let my belt out a notch:-o

Cals 3400, carbs 32%, fat 34, protein 34 (333gms)

Sorry, retirement house hunting, travels. Went from one free but inferior gym to two memberships! Short one where I live now and long one where we are moving to.

Spent sat afternoon over there. Weight 225, cals 3740, carbs 38, fat 40, pro 22. Travel eating bad.

Then into free weight room for db preacher curls: 25sX6, 30x6, 35x6, 40x6, 30x12
Chainsaws: 100x6, 80x12, and my legs are killing me! Hiked the property lines of bro's acreage. Steep as hell. Feeling it the next day bad!!!
Back to machines - seated rows but not cable. Sweeping bars: 100x6,6, 120x8, 100x8, 60x16

Felt real good. Big sweat. Fair pump.
 
And today, back at work gym. Just one more left here and I'm done!

Feeling a bit tired. Late on the NOS.

Cable triceps: 90x8, 80x12,16,10 and I'm toast. Just lacking energy. Little sweat, minor pump. Still put in the work. They can't all be huge days.

Weekly averages to yesterday: cals 3350, carbs 39, fat 34, protein 27%
I missed one RAD day. Just forgot. 9 weeks into this blast btw.

Energy a bit down expectedly. Sleep schedule changes, not enough cals that day ( actually the day before, new gym, no wo partner yet.
