Test/tren/equipoise blast continued, with added Sarmsearch RAD140

About an hour ten/ hour twenty I think. Not really sure. Normally I'm about an hour, but new gym and everything in crazy flux due to retirement!

You'd think I get some relax time, but nooooo. Packing up to move. Dr appointments. Music practice. Sleep change. Just one endless list of to-do's!
 
I work out slow now days .. age and I have no partner. In days gone I had partners and we trained fairly fast. Ya know we stayed on track and didn't talk to anyone but just us. Also we wouldn't use ear phones with the music cause we pushed each other and critiqued each other and the spotting coaching.

I see these guys messing with their music phone always getting ready to lif but gotta tune in and adjust volume and what ever sitting on the bench as the partner awaits the guy to lift.

I spend 45 min on a body part due to working slow and little rest between sets. That's just me.
 
Until my post-retirement initiation slows, I'll have to keep a fairly brisk pace I'm afraid. When I was working out at work with my young friend, I was 'on the clock' and she was headed home at end of her shift so we really rushed thru!

We were in a rhythm. A comfortable pattern. Now I am adapting to this new adventure.

I feel guilty about my RAD140 review. With all these changes it's gonna be hard to really assess but I'll do my best none the less :)
 
Leg day, leg day, leg day! Woohoo! Wifee made me sleep with the cpap last night. I need to keep that up. Makes a big diff.

Feeling really good, high energy, good stamina (more on that later)

10 mins brisk cardio. Sweat, but definitely could have gone on and on!
Seated leg press cable machine: 110x12, 150x12, 190x12, 210x10, 250x10 real hard push!
Db military: 30x12, 35x12, 40x10, 45x8, 50x6
100# shrugs: 8,6,6

Finally leg press with plates where one pushes plates upward while seated stationary...
One pair plates x 12, two pair plates x 10

Then same machine calf work with same two pair plates: 12,10,10 yeowchy!

Weight 229 :-o definitely not all muscle lol!
Cals 3460, carbs 34, fat 43, protein 23 (190g)

Adding: hot tub time!

Lemme talk about the RAD140:

I chose this sarm for it's noted cardio/stamina boost. Tren beats the crap out of my gym stamina to the point of uselessness. On this blast, I'm having almost zero problems here :)

I generally sense a 'mildness' with this stuff. I bet I could double my dose with little negative sides. Only reason I'm not gonna is I want it to last thru my cycle.

I can't speak to any other sarms except this one and LGD. Both this RAD, as well as the LGD, have 'dampened' my desire for sex. No function problems. Just less drive. I'm good with this. Wifee is currently good also as she is nursing a couple cracked ribs.
No... not my tren-caused activities ;-)

So far, I have not been hit with the huge eventual strength boost of the LGD. Not yet anyway.

My knees are totally pissed but that's the tren... or maybe the Eq.... or maybe the age...

Duff, did you get any bloodwork?

We spoke about this a while back, I've been doing 200 test and 400 deca with 10 mg/day aromasin and recent bloodwork came back 1,283 ng/dL test and 15.8 pg/mL E2. Prolactin at 10.7 ng/mL - not taking any caber.

I 've got the similar situation of function is fine, no problems with erection or climax, but reduced desire.

I think my E2 is too low, so I'm wondering if that's your deal too? I've cut back the AI dose and started 0.25 mg EOD caber to see what happens.
 
Got bloodwork right before the RAD addition.

"week 5.5. Last week bloodwork test 2140, E2, 15.2, prolactin 0.6"

Then I lowered my anastrazole more. No bloods since.

I did the LDG with just my trt. Don't think prolactin or E2 issues then but who knows for sure. It's such a soup of chemical equilibrium.

I just wanted to note it as similar to the LGD even tho all other compounds were different.

pull down machine: 100x12, 150x12, 180x10, 200x8, 265x5 (maxed out machine)
Upper back pull machine: 100x12, 130x8, 150x6, 170x4, 195x4 (maxed)
Low row machine: 100x12, 150x10, 200x6, 230x4, 265x3 (maxed)

Then downstairs
Cable rows, underhanded: 100x12, 140x10, 160x6
Standing w-bar curls: 80x8, 60x12 and then 50x12 real slow
Standing 80# w-bar rows: 10,10,8

Was ready to leave and "how about one more thing" so I grab a pair of 30# dbs and hit the preacher bench..... and I could only get 3! Three! That's an empty tank right there!!!!
 
Weight 225.5 - reflects my stomach difficulties yesterday and the purging that followed.

Carbs 29, fat 34, protein 37 (268g)

Looks like I've got about 3 pins left on this blend. Think I'll finish off as I started, mixing my own leftovers. I read somewhere recently that some tren difficulties ease up once things have stabilized. That's how I'm feeling. Sides are light and I want to keep on keeping on!
 
Gym later but quick update

Saturday was super busy. Guy came to take all my 220 reef tank system so tear down, corals n fish transfer, bunch of crawling around under the house which sucked, heavy lifting, and eating crap all day. Cals 3815, carbs 37, fat 41, protein 22% (206g). Was up late and hunger was crushing!

Sunday .... super busy. Music practice, church, pot luck, visit time with my maw, couple hours running the mill in the shop, and finally home to try to pump up my weak protein numbers. Cals 3310, carb 39, fat 35, protein 26% (212). Bed time much earlier. Cpap. Good solid sleep.

RAD just about gone. Blend just about gone. Must be about 10-11 weeks in now. I'll have to look it up later. I need to donate soon.

Man, I'm so wanting a big kick but I won't make changes until the RAD is done. It actually could be the RAD that's making me want more; due to its suppression of my typical tren sides!

Options include: (prioritized)
1-Cranking up the tren levels with adding tren-a
2-Dbol
3-leave it alone
4-anavar

Db bench: 60x6, 80x6, 100x6... let's try 110 eh? Long story short almost get em up, lose them, drop them. Crash! Not sure if I was more pissed or embarrassed. Take a break, back to 100s ... and can't get them up either. Sux.

Cable tris: 50x12, 70x10, 85x8, 100x3. Just plain lacking strength
Standing db tris: 35x6, 40x6, 45x6, 50x5
Db Pullover: 60x6, 65x6, 75x6, 85x6, 95x4

Then upstairs to pec deck: 60x12, 100x12, 120x10, 140x4, 100x8

Weight 228, cals 3040, carbs 28, fat 34, protein 38 (280g)

Good mood, Wifee cardio, retirement boxes being checked, relieving some stresses. Weight is going on, just not where I want it. Slow muscle growth. Larger belly growth :p Not the strength increases I'd like.

Btw: shoulder aching again today.

And should have noted a while ago increased acne. Some.

So yup, Ive doubled my RAD dose starting yesterday. ..... and waddaya know? I found that 'kick in da azz ' I've been looking for! Just like my LGD experience, better later than never. Lol!

Leg day today and I killed it! Great mood, motivation & intensity with no cardio probs at all. Good sweat to boot. Barely walked out on my own ;-)

10 mins fast cardio then down to the weight room

Incline leg press: 1 45# plate per side (is that referred to as 1 plate or 2 plates?) for 12
2 plates x 6, 3x6, 4x7 and then grabbed a spotter for 5 per side x 4! That's a PR for me

DB squats: 75x10, 85x6, 90x8, 100x6, 110x4! Another PR

Some standing DB military (taking it easy on shoulder) 30x12, 35x12, 40x8

80# shrugs: 8,8,8

Then upstairs to the machines. Calf press: 115x12, 150x12, 170x12, 190x12, 230x12, 290x10 to max machine and my calfs scream!!!! Done!

Weight continues to climb. 230#s. Cals 3630, carbs 36, fat 28, protein 36 (198g)

Tomorrow will finish the RAD. I'll summarize my test-run, post some numbers and maybe get some pics up too.

Friday I stomp the distortion button. It's Dbol time. Amplify!

Last RAD day. Good strong workout. Got to spend it with my 'old' workout partner which was really nice but catching up on life dampened the workout. Worth it

Bicep day. Super busy gym so mostly machines. 10 mins cardio

Low row: 150x8, 180x8, 200x6, 230x4, 260x4(max)

Another note: RAD at 2mls/day causes me some Horrible smelling gas! I was truly proud ;-)

So once again (broken record time) this SARM did exactly as was advertised. I chose it to boost my cardio, counteracting the cardio damaging effect of tren. I'm very pleased with the results. As with my LGD run, I also discovered that my cautious dosing was unwarranted. The desired effects were much more noticeable once I doubled my initial dose with almost no ill effects. (Poison gas noted)

So do I have this right??? - I think I remember reading this recently:

Rad is most like test
LGD is most like deca
and YK is most like tren

I'd be interested to hear more about what each brings to the table, for example the Rad's boost for cardio
