I restarted my training last year in Aug after a break of 5 years. I am very well aware of diet protocol, training.
I train five days a week, Sat, Sun, Mon off, Tue & Wed then Thur day off, Fri.
Last year when I started my weight from 72/73 Kgs jumped to 84 kgs and kind of stuck there.
That is why now I wanted to try AAS.
I remember using them up in past in 2007 and I could see immediate effects but this time don't know what is happening.
I train for 60/70 mins per session with a max rest of 50 seconds or around.
If you could highlight anything here?
