im on my fifth week is it possible the gains didnt start yet the scale sad i went up 6 pounds(158lb to 164lb) could this be water retention???

Get your carbs 500-600 everyday and protein intake to 300-400. Supplement with shakes as needed to get you to those totals, ok!!!

bc 600 carbs and 400 protein might just make you fat lol. I'm 6'2 279 and take in only 500 carbs and 400 g protein
