You are WAY too young to be taking steroids man. I see these pictures of you and the first thing that comes to mind is you 5 years down the road on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for LIFE because you fucked around now. Your body is a regular chemical factory at the moment and your body is attempting to stabilize its endocrine system which you are doing a nice job at disrupting.

You have soo much potential to still be gaining. Please reevaluate your decisions :bash:

A simple trip to the diet section to talk to 3j to get your diet on point and you would have been fine, you deff don't need to cycle yet.

Hey I started at 19 and i'm perfectly fine, then again..I have a dad who's a bodybuilder and an MD so he constantly checked my health...

But anywho..

If you're shooting for solid mass..those macros could be tweaked a bit..i'd say 300g protein and 400 g carbs would be better... and like 150g fat..

Make sure you're still doing cardio...and by 1 1/2 - 2hours..is that straight weight lifting? if so..that's too much...growth hormone is spiked higher if you limit weight training to 45 minutes
 
it sounds like u don't have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand so does that mean u have no PCT plan figured out and the drugs for that on hand. If so bro i would advise u to get that now cuz if u don't do PCT all this bad stuff these guys are "Preaching" will come true and all your gains will be lost too. Not trying to bash u, just trying to open your eyes dude.

i have clomid and was told to take it after the cycle
 
Yeah you don't want to be overtraining. but i would strongly recommend a good PCT like clomid
