Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and Lecithin granules

One more question......are all these supplements you guys mentioned....are the clearing plaque out of the arteries or are they just slowing down the rate of cholesterol your liver produces????

plaque is good and bad, depends on what kind and how it is building up...

cholesterol is not ALL bad, but unhealthy is unhealthy. eat minimal meat and lots of fresh veggies |AND lots of fats! healthy fresh fats like oliv oil 2 shots ina protein drink or in pasta sauce.
.. crap im hungry now...

GARLIC is amazing for reducing cholesterol. There's also phytosterols (the good stuff you get from veggies). I am over zealous when it comes to controlling my cholesterol so I take kyolic garlic supplements and a supplement called cholesstrin by new roots (look it up it's incredible).
Also fibre does help fight cholesterol buildup because it literally cleans your arteries and vessels.

I've seen 3 studies that show garlic has not much more impact on cholesterol than placebo and a fourth study had p>.05 so causation was not able to be proved. I'd be hesitant in thinking it would help with cholesterol.

Also oatmeal has not been proven to "clean" arteries. Scientists believe the fiber in oatmeal acts in such a way that it sticks to cholesterol and stops its absorption.

And finally, be careful with how overzeolous you are in terms of controlling or lowering cholesterol. It is needed for hormonal production and driving it to low can be detrimental to long term health.

There's no reason to eat minimal meat unless cholesterol is a pre-existing issue. Saturated fats are important as well.
