TRT & masturbation question

I am on week 4 of my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) of test cyp 100mg E7D... and i am curious to know if i am harming myself by masturbation. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can raise psa levels a notch and it just seems that my T levels are on the rise...so is my masturbation.

All i am trying to do is to make sure my Prostate gland has the least amount of stress while i am on TRT.

Dont have money for Caber and all those other medications...

What can i take naturally can i do to keep my psa or prostate gland in good health while on TRT.

Test causes your prostate to enlarge for approximately the first 6 months until its reached a certain saturation point and then the enlargement stops. For people on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), their prostate was likely undersized because there wasn't enough natural test to reach that saturation point.
