Hey guys, I've been on 100mg test cyp e5d for several months. Feeling pretty good overall. My weight is coming down 2 lbs/week.

However, as of my last blood test my total Estrogen was 159 pg/ml with estridiol E2 @ 79.

I've come across some Nolva and adex. Started taking adex .5 mg eod. Should I take 10mg Nolva eod as well. I dont have gyno, but I carry a decent pair of moobs everywhere I go. Currently at 25-30 %bf so maybe the moobs will melt away with the rest of the blubb eventually.

Was wanting to get more results to see if adex was working. How long should i take the adex before getting more bloodwork?

You should consult with your doctor. He/she would most likely tell you to stick with a consistent dose of one med (the adex) for a month and then get more bloodwork.

Did your doctor suggest adding the Nolva?

my doc is pretty clueless about this regimen. After my last bloodwork she called and said my test was higher (500) but my estrogen was high as well( I asked to get my Estro checked). Then she referred me to a urologist for his opinion. After paying with my balls and sticking his arm up my ass, he told me all of the possible side effects of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). He recommemnded the gel form and I excused my self, payed my co-pay , then left.

So basically, my test is coming from the pharmacy and my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is coming from the mailbox shipped there from places unknown

Using both is over kill... Go with 1mg adex once every 5days and test again in about 6weeks. You don't want to completely surpress your E... You'll feel like crap and it's not healthy. Everyone is different and you might end up needing more, but I'd start there.

Will do... Thanks. I'm going to start a daily log to record the details related to manipulating hormone levels. It should help me dial it in sooner me thinks.

It looks like Chip has a bunch of happy clients. However, as I'm currently between jobs, money IS the issue right now; but will look into his program when I'm flush again.

I will make changes after bloods get done depending on the levels that come back and how I feel. I dont think it'll be terribly difficult to get satisfactory results. Alot of it depends on the quality and correct dosages of the meds I'll be able to attain. Not really interested in doing cycles, at least not yet.
