You are very welcome. Just been there myself. As for the fat burners, some of the other ladies on the board could probably be of mroe help. My son is now 4 so this was a while back. I used Ripped Fuel by Twinlab but they constantly change formulations in fat burners and there are always new ones on the market. I was just like you in that the first 30 pounds came off so easy, probably because it was mostly baby and water. The last 10, I just watched my diet, lifted and did cardio. It did come off but I was kind of down for a while through the process because I wasnt used to having the extra weight. As for protein, you definitely want to make sure you are getting enough to build muscle. I try to get 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. To supplement my diet I use Syntrax Nectar Protein powder in Fuzzy Navel flavor and Molecular Nutritions Whey Fruity in Lemonade flavor. Definitely keep lifting because as you put on muscle, your body will burn more calories which will in turn help get some of the fat off. As for the hair, I dont recall loosing hair but hormonal fluctuations after pregnancy can effect us all differently just as many of us on the boards have diff side effects from different steroids. As for your question about anavar, I didnt have any sides from anavar. I also didnt gain a lot which was why I took the leap to primo. Anavar just hardened me up a lot and I think it helped retain my muscle while I lost some fat. Its definitely a good place to start after your hormones balance out and feel that youve gotten as far as you can naturally. I think I answered all your questions but please keep posting and let us know how you are doing or if you have any other questions. Hope you get some sleep. I remember those sleepless nights with feedings every 3 hours. BTW, I didnt think to ask if you were breast feeding (I assume you arent) but if so watch what you take even from OTC supplements. Jenny,
I was just wondering what your diet and workout routine was like. When I was trying to loose baby fat, I was eating a low calorie, low fat diet and doing cardio 3 to 4 xs a week for 30 minutes and weight training 3xs a week for an hour. Now I do no cardio and eat more but Im trying to put on another 10 lbs. Once I started gaining muscle, I just got hooked. Ive put on 20 lbs since then but gotten my bf down to 10% so you will get there. I try to eat 6 times a day but with a child that can be a challenge. I usually get 5 meals a day in. Definitely try to eat multiple times during the day. Chelsea
