just like posted above add caber and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is during cycle not for post cycle therapy (pct). DO NOT use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during PCT.

Also I would advice on cardio during the cycle starting at 25 minutes 3x a week and bumping it up by 5 minutes every week. This should keep your gherlin level high so you stay hungry and also help with keeping the fat off.

Also I would add DAA and an AI on post cycle therapy (pct). I have noticed that they help a lot on recovery.


Your not supposed to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during post cycle therapy (pct). Estrogen is needed in recovery...

some guys run 0.25 mg EOD instead of using clomid...they both stimulate LH doing a different function.

Mustang is correct, there's no reason to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in PCT unless E2 is overly elevated for whatever reason but a blood test would be needed to verify that's the case. The reason arimidex would stimulate LH is bc it lowers total circulating Estradiol. By doing so the hypothalamus picks up on this and sends GNRh to the pituitary which then increase LH. But you have dropped already very low levels of E2 even further by doing so and not had the rest of the positive effects that clomid would bring.

Nolvadex is shown to decrease the effectiveness of Arimidex when used together.

I preached that myself after finding it on drug interaction lists but there's a new study that shows that when mixing the two you indeed lower serum levels of adex but this drop in serum levels does NOT change efficacy of either compound. I can forward you the study if you'd like brother and you can look it over :)
 
go for it... plain and simple. your not a teenager, have work out experience and have a couple cycles under your belt. tren sides are largely INDIVIDUAL... have done up to 100 ed of tren and no caber/prami with low test. works for me. there are some great minds here. think many need to remember tho it's THEIR experiences . not always the case with someone else. rock it and let us know how it works for ya.
 
Day two, shot my first pin Monday the 18th. Cleaned up the diet a bit and officially started the cycle at 190lbs. Keeping Prami close by, but not taking it yet, focusing on controlling my E2 first. Starting Adex at .25 EOD, counting on the Masteron helping with that side as well. Will adjust doses as necessary. Really pumped about this one! Hope I have some followers to keep me motivated and give feedback.

U see dre.. That's why I started my thread yesterday,, people are still using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on pct, cuz that's what our pct sticky says.

Shot My third Pin today, diet is all in check now just waiting for the prop and ace to do its thing.

One question, anyone in favor of going higher on the Adex and then scaling back if holding water ect.? Right now im at .25 mg EOD day which worked well last cycle of Test at 500 PW. Just don't want any chance of E2 getting out of control. Thinking of taking .5 EOD, just don't want to take unneeded AI.

PS. PIP is pretty bad with this gear, shooting delts and glutes right now... are quads generally even worse?

bro ill be honest with you, you look like you just started in the gym. With two cycles under your belt you should be carrying more muscle than that. id be willing to be your lifting habits/routine are severely lacking.
 
Thanks for the assumptions.... If you read my post I am in the military and therefore more of an athlete not a body builder. You try running a sub 18min three mile weighing over 205 at my height. I bulk up while I can and enjoy it for a few months then 15miles of running a week on top of patrols and field ops get me back to this size.
 
Prison, thank you for your input. I had considered NPP or Deca, but being that I am in the military I cant choose cycles that will blow me up, bulk too quickly. Even the "bulks" I have done were meant to bIe lean bulks, and I started getting some questions after gaining 18 lbs on the last one. Why do you say these goals are unrealistic? I dont think I will have problems cutting 2% BF, are you referring to the weiht gain being unrealistic? I also expected to hear it may be a bit early to go with Tren, but I feel better incorporating Masteron with it. Between that and the lower dose I have chosen I think it will be a mild introduction. If i am wrong, its ace and prop so I can hop off fast.

Once I hit my permanent duty station (Southern CA base), I ran Sustanon (250mg 1/week)and Deca (200mg 1week) or Sten (300mg/week)and Deca (200mg). Only thing I changed was adding Stenox (Halotestin) to the mix a few times (with maybe an extra shot of Test here and there..for about 6 weeks (for that summer chizzle). I know it's not a ton of gear..but I worried about the same stuff you're worried about being in the military. More importantly.., I didn't wanted to see my physical fitness test, run times specifically, suffer from water retention and weight gain. I was in great shape and had low bf naturally... and running these low dose cycles was just to compliment. Good luck with whatever you choose brother.

For the record: I was able to shave 2 minutes off my run time cycling and training like this for 3 years. Started at 21+ minutes for 3 miles fitness test..got to just under 19 mins at my peak.
 
really appreciate the feedback. Your past situation sounds exactly like my predicament. Last cycle I was up to 202lbs and killed my run (23min 3 mile) Now im back to a 20 flat, and just finished my fitness test so ima have fun getting slow again :)

Also, It's so hard to diet right in the military when you're in any kind of "front line unit"..you need carbs and calories more than a good diet. Energy Energy Energy. The one draw back is you cant carry your gear in the field with you. So..my concern would be the mental effect of gear wearing off and you get weaker while in a combat situation.

Why are you doing steroids if you aren't a bodybuilder. None of these compounds will help you on what a marine needs to do

Me not a bodybuilder and I use steroids but I know what you're trying to hint at: if you can't sustain the results of steroids or constantly lose gains bc of work, etc what's the point.
