The existance of muscle fibers is a fact. And many theories which try and explain shit about them.

I like to understand how things work also, but fact is fact and theory is theory.

Then learning how to lift (and eat. and sleep) to get bigger/stronger from those with the experience and know-how is what you need.

The biggest and strongest guys know what works. A few of them may try and rationalize their amazing results with some theory, but it is still theory. But who the fuck cares? Do what works.

Soo... B.Reel or whoever does this.. What are your warmups like?

Say for bench.. if you're going to do like 3 plates for 1 set of 6 all out.. Do you hit 135 for 10-12, 2 plates for 6-8 then your working set?
