The "bad" part about working with Maximus

I'm about 7 weeks into my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and feeling better everyday. I'm still dialing in my protocol with Chip and signed up today with 3J to get my diet in order. I finally have the motivation to stick to a plan.

Now the bad part . . . why the hell didn't I find this sooner? I was on antidepressants for probably close to 8 years and while I thought they made things better looking back they made me into a freaking zombie. No extreme lows but they took away the highs as well. When you first talk to Chip you wonder where the hell he gets all of his energy from; then he sets you up with all his "secrets" and I see myself moving towards that energy level by the day.

If you're on the fence, freaking do it. Worse case scenario you spend money trying to improve your health that you would have wasted on something useless. Chances are though you'll be like me and the other guys on here wondering "what if I had found this sooner?"

Are you still on the anti-depressant? If not, when did you stop? How was the withdrawal? I want to get off mine.

I am not. I didn't consciously quit. I really just started to forget to take it since there wasn't a need for it anymore so it ended up being where I more or less tapered off of it. I didn't feel any withdrawal symptoms.

I quit anti-depressants last year and it is improtant to come off of them slowly. I quit abruptly and, looking back, did some irrational shit that almost cost me my job. So be careful!

the anti depressants mutate the dopamine neurons. Throw in a little n-acetyl-l-tyrosine and hope the receptors aren't warped (which they shouldn't be) Amazon.com: Source Naturals N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine 300mg, 120 Tablets: Health & Personal Care. All of you former SSRI users need this, and 100mg timed release 5htp is way better than an ssri. In any event test prop seems more dopaminergic to me than the others, as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can fix your brain and raise your dopamine.
