if you know a book(s) (or series of books) that can guide one in gaining the knowledge let me know.

i've never used, but would like to study about Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for at least a year before i seriously think about it.

not just a book about what each one does, but a more complete guide.

first off you can learn alot by reading in the articles section of this site..second visit the board each day and read the threads and ask quesions on things you dont quite understand..then when you feel youre ready you can have us crtitique your cycle and give you some guidance..
there are a few books out there..
"chemical muscle enhancement" Author L. Rea
"anabolics 2004" Wiliam Lwelleyn

yeah man, i bought books at first, but all the info in the profile section is all u need. i have learned more from the question/answer forum. so save your $$ for gear and read this forum. bowdup

Same here, i learned more on the boards than i ever did from the books. The books are usually one guys opinions, the boards gives you tons of real world evidence. Their are a few guys on the boards who are probably brighter than any of the guys who ever wrote the books anyway. Nandi, and macro come to mind.

Anabolics 2004, thought some shit is outdated(pyramiding), I would stick w/ the boards as the other guys said....I really like Duchaine's books as well...he was way ahead of his time...

you're right about some pyramiding shit, but the rest of the book, the biggest part, is really great, the explaination of each gear is ok, I have to said that the beginning of the book is not as good as the gear profil part.

euh... if I remember well there's another interesting book named building the perfect beast or something like this it seems there's good info inside too.

But we can said that in most of the well made Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) books there's good stuff & poor theories too,

One of the best idea is to regularly read what happen on this board and you will definitely improve your knowledge :D

the best resource for how to use gear is on the boards.... as far as the best Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) book... I think every user should get a copy of Legal Muscle.

Those are the 2 I'd recommend, these will give you a good basic knowledge of all the compounds. I have to agree the cycling methods in those aren't the best. The books are good, but to get real life feedback from people that have used a compound or cycled a certain way you can't beat the boards. You get a lot of new reseach studies and then you can read others opions on those studies and the pros and cons of the compounds people have used.

bro, just stick around here. And even if you don't get it the first time you hear it.... don't worry, someone will ask the same question in a day or two. lol

These boards are a great learning tool. You actually get to read, talk, and learn from real people, who have had real experiences, not just from some book.
