The best meat!

A tip for the benefit of the group not thought of often:

THE BEST MEAT:

True FREE RANGE, grass fed, Organic. Anyone see Food INC. the recent movie? Then you might get a hint about the shit that is in our food (and the way they treat the animals).

BTW, beef is not bad for you! BAD BEEF is bad for you!

FREE RANGE, grass fed organic beef has almost the same lipid profile as SALMON!

Since we b-builders often consume massive quantities of meat (I do) this is a good tip for those who can afford the switch. I made the switch (I go to Whole Foods among other places) and will never go back (unless I am poor again one day). Also, those concerned about the effects of AAS on lipids (HDL LDL...) could benefit here a lot.

At least weekly I go and buy 4 lbs of free range organic, ground chicken, ground turkey, and ground beef (all having a lot less fat BTW) and dozens of eggs.

a cheaper way to do this is pick up a remington .308 and snipe the crap outta some deer in the forest.. that's the best meat.. peroid.. 1 deer = 2-3 months worth of lean, yummy meat

i also enjoy woman.. i eat it all the time.. ohh wait, wrong catagory of meat.. sorry!!

tru dat, although with the cost of a license and deer tag and meat processing it can add up

nothing is better tasting and so lean as moose. My father is a hunter so I always grew on on natural game meats. HUGE difference from what you find in stores. This is why I can barely choke down beef, I prefer good meat

Excellent feedback here. Sometimes I wonder if Mike Matarazzo would still have gotten heart disease if he would have been eating good meats instead of 5 lbs of bad meat a day? I think maybe not.

You guys (and gals) are making me want to go hunting now!

any game me as i shoot myself....

only thing is where i go pheasant is now thin on the ground also the partridge..plenty of ducks if ya dont mind the guy in the house where he feeds um givin ya a round of ffffffffffffff lol ....

i got plenty rabbits lol but dont eat that shit me..

bearded claims ? lol

The Raw organtic diet is best. When I say raw I don't mean uncooked I mean unpasteurized. Grass feed organic with fat. the fat is good for you in these meats. They carry the proper EFA's to keep you skiny. We et a lot of lamb and beef. Fresh caught atlantic Snapper. ( caught by me or my Friends)

Saturated fat that is unpasteurized is good for you.

It can get expenesive... But processing your own deer, elk, antelope etc. is pretty simple, you can grind it yourself, as far as cleaning it yourself its easy. Beef thats a different story, we raise beef cattle and butcher enough for meat all yr. with no pumped hormones or anything, only shots they get are standard vaccs. when there young, we pick one and butcher him at about 700-900lbs and get back about 60% so we get back an average around 480 lbs of beef at the cost of feed and slaughter fee adding up to about $350 less than a dollar a pound, so its cheaper than the shit at the grocery store and tastes so much better. I hunt all big game and winged things in my area so I have an abundance of readily available wild meats that are great. we even get our own eggs from my grandma, only thing we buy at store is fish
