The Bible of Dieting, is there one?

I have been around this board for 4 years and at musclemag (before it became crap another 4 years before coming here). So, I have been working out for 8 years however i must admit that have forgotten most if not all the nutrition information i used to know back in High school when i spent all my free time reading up on it. I am in university now and just don't have the time to be using the 'search' function on this site as it is hard enough to find things you know your looking for, let alone a reintroduction ot everything. So, i'm looking for some sort of book i can read this summer to revamp my knowledge and get my diet back on track.

Any suggestions?
 
Wish I could give you one and wish I had one, but I bet it's the same as the bible now, everyone would still form their own opinion and do what they wanted, you know? I would say you have found the bible here on Ology, find the ones telling the stories and giving info with the most knowledge and follow them. Just my suggestion
 
If your looking for a "quick fix" you can find a nutrionalist to just plant it out for your, but you'll have to pay $$$.

What's so complicating about dieting though? Unless your a competitive BB'er all you really need to worry about is get in 1.5-2g of protein/lb, sufficient carbs tailored to your goals, the correct amount of healthy fats and cheat meals/days everyone now and again. :)
