The first cycle is over. Help for PCT.

Only testosteron cypionat The first cycle is over. 12 Week - 500mg/Week

After using testosterone I experienced the problem of "Erectile Dysfunction".
There is some contraction in the testes.
No pain in my nipples.

"Tamoxifen" is enough?
Should I use Clomafene Citrate ?

For Example:
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day


Please Help me...

you likely experienced ed issues because you didn't control your estrogen.. im guessing you didn't run an estrogen blocker

wait 2 weeks after cycle and run 50mg clomid ed for 4 weeks.. it will take time for your hormones to balance out.

I have "Nolvadex" in my house.

Would it be a problem to use "nolvadex" instead of Clomen?

yes there will be a problem if you use one or the other, you have to use both if you want a higher chance of recovery!

There are people who say that you should use two.
