The Hard Gainers Cycle

Lets get started, I have had previous success using steroids to overcome being thin and I am beginning again as after 2 years I have finally dropped my weight down too far. Im here to help others who have my same problem and share what has worked for me.

Diet

This is the most important part of my cycle. Rule number one for all hard gainers, when you are told to eat eat eat say no no no. Drinking calories makes eating calories look like spring break in cancun. I am averaging about 3lbs a day doing this thus far. My base of my diet is drinking a gallon of milk daily, yes daily. Very good fats, killer calories, and perfect protien. That accounts for 2500 calories and eating another 2000+ can easily be obtained in 3 medium meals or 2 large ones. Sticking to lots of tuna and chicken for the most part. One thing im cluelss on is carbs, how do you think that would be for what im doing?

1-4 40mg Dbol ed
13-16 75mg Tren ed

to be perfectly honest 6'1 148lbs is no where near you natural potential. You can easily obtain good mass from just lifting heavy and eatiing lots. If yuo dont know anything about carbs\diet then yuo shuld learn how to eat first and spend your money on food in the supermarket.

2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight is good to gain mass. Add carbs in around workouts and eat yuoir veggies and efa's.

there ya go, hit the gym and lift heavy and younwill fill out that frame in no time

My overall goal is to become 200, no more, ever. Staying lean. And this can easily be accomplished during this cycle. Did my first shots in the thighs today, im a fan of upper body injections but the test is giving my arms some soreness id reather not poke into. Tomorrow im hitting up the gym for backs bis and stomach. Excited to see if my weight increase is going to stay consistent, im only able to weigh myself at the gym last time i went up 6lbs from monday to wednesday im hoping for 170lbs tomorrow a gain of 4lbs.

this is my 4th cycle, previous included, deca/test cycles and tren/test. Obviously its been some since I have done one and only recently did I start becoming serious about my diet and health again. Im here to say that in my opinion hard gainers using roids will only be benefitted as long as they know what they are doing. Sure I could bust my ass off and gain 30-40lbs over the next year or so just eating right but in no way would my body fat stay half as low as it will this way.

I'll see what I can do today as far as protein goes I will try to concentrate on that more as well as trying to consistantly keep my calorie intake over 5000.

I agree with mister69.Nothing much to advice you since you've already started the cycle.Personally,id drop the tren.At such a low bodyweight you're running too much gear.

4th cycle and only 166lbs wow..

I am by no means big, but i am all natural.


But you already started your cycle, so eat up....and trust me i see guys gainig 30lbs on first cycles...and that is if all your cals are dialed in.

Make sure to eat protein protein protein.
 
Never heard a legitiment argument as to why someone small cant take roids. Im getting guns pointed at me with no motive as I expected. Me wanting to post my cycle is essentially to help others who are in a similiar situation as me, for i know there are a lot who struggle.

I used to think people who run test/deca etc and said they have been raging a lot were just playing mental games with themselves because these have yet to be linked to any aggression problems like tren. However today, whether related to my cycle or not I had clinched fists the entire day. I had to warn my professor before class to keep an extra eye on me, as every slight thing was flaring me up.

You dont need steroids! Taking steroids at your weight is ridiculous, theres no reason for it. No one here is going to believe that your such a hardgainer you cant get past 6'1 148 lbs natural. That is skinny as fuck dude. And you already done 3 cycles!!!! You need to get serious about your diet, and reavaluate how your training. Do some research man for real. The diet you posted is ridiculous man a gallon of milk and some tuna??!! Get of the roids right now man before you fuck your body up for no good reason. Start hitting the books/internet, you have a lot to learn and im telling you you can do it without the roids.
 
Noones trying to flame you man.Im not asking you to stop your cycle or anything(as if youre gonna listen)but its a fact.6'1 and148lb,you should be eating and training harder,not using multiple compounds to make you bigger.No matter how much Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) you use,if your diet and training sucks,you aint gonna gain.i know whatever told here aint gonna change your mind so carry on.Just eat big.If you wanna be a bodybuilder,eat like one.Make sure your post cycle therapy (pct) is in check and good luck keeping all that muscle.
 
i hope you have nolva on hand just incase of gyno, and vitamin b6 for gyno from decca. Clomid or nolva is fine for post cycle therapy (pct). If you want to keep water off durring cycle you can run armidex, but i am sure i dont have to tell you that :-0
 
reading what you say about your calorie intake and the intake of protein from milk, id just say that you have to understand how difficult it is for your body to break down and process dairy products. its not the perfect protein that you seem to think.
if you cant manage to eat 5-6 times during the day then get some protein shakes and split em up during the day but the most important intake is solid food, plenty of tuna, turkey and skinless chicken. wholemeal rice, bread etc for your carb intake.
im sorry to say but its obvious from the fact that your 148lb and this is your 4th cycle that ur either not training enough or more than likely not eating enough. you need to research diets before you go any further.
 
Because I was small a few weeks ago means that i must not have any knowledge or past experience? People jump to conclusions before they ask a single question.
This is my longest cycle done before.

Back to the point of the thread - Hit legs in the gyms today this was the first time ive really felt like i was getting insane gains and I was. Current weight is now up to 174 almost thirty pounds in two weeks and I think my strength gains are about to blow up like my legs did today hopefully keeping the weight gains strong. Again in class I nearly blew up a kid, still not sure if its really a side effect or me just playing mental games with myself. Other than that im not experiencing any side effects, no acne yet, im not even bloated im clueless as to where this weight has gone. No signs of gyno but still too early to tell, that is something I have been sensitive to in the past but easily taken care of so I will let you know. If i keep having this much progress by the time I start the tren i'll hopefully be able to get a lot more figure especially my stomach which is all but gone now.
 
its the dbol that making yo swell up man, not the milk. you gonna loseall that too if u dont eat better for your entire cycle adn afterwards as well

agree 100% you need to train natural if your that tall and skinny. gear is meant to help you beyond your natural peak (flame suit armed) not get you to only weigh 200lbs. i have a fried that is 6'3 , i have know him since we were 10 years old (both 30 now) i have had him in the gym 2 different times . 1st was for 4 months gained a few lbs. this time he came to me with a broken heart (women are ruthless) weighing 185 at 6'3 , now that is skinny as well. he has stayed with me for 6 months so far . he is now 217 with no gear at all , he is also 10% or less BF%. he has only been on creatine and lots of food. he wants to do a cycle after watching me grow. i am thinking about letting him try just cyp and d-bol only ,if that much. so here you are on 4th cycle and at your current age (guessing since you are still in school , 20 or so) you still have gobs of natural test in your body, use it. man you are adding stuff to your system that you really dont need. i am not telling you what to do but i wouldnt hook anybody up in your age range or size. good luck to you in whatever you choose to do.
 
i think eating 6 meals a day with a certain caloric intake based on when u lift and how your days go is way better than a gallon of milke and 3 big meals.
 
milk also scars the fuck out of you artery and thats what causes cholesterol to bind to it and cause heart attack and stroke and cardiovascular disease.
