The Hard Gainers Cycle

dude that diet sucks. you do not need that much freakin milk good lord. get 7-8 small meals a day. keep your cals around 4K

also 3 weeks of tren, why? get more and run it weeks 6-14, run ur test longer than ur tren.
 
ive always considered myself a hardgainer. at 25 yrs old 6'1 i weighed 155, couldnt gain weight to save my life. i got serious about lifting and eating and got myself up to 205 naturally in about 3 yrs. and how did i do it? i had to Eat Eat Eat :naughty:
