LOG:
After 5 weeks, I feel comfortable updating my log here and on IronMags. This is my first time doing a Test-E and Tren-E cycle and it is a love/hate relationship.
My plan was to focus on my upper body and use cardio to bring my bf % down further - to maybe see my abs for the first time. Plus, my legs tend to overwhelm my upper body. However, Tren changed my plans and quickly. I went for a run (Moderate pace for 1.25 miles) and my shins cramped up so bad that I thought I would not be able to walk back home. Ever since then, anything that involves running or steep inclines on the treadmill for long periods is out!! So, legs are back in.
After 5 weeks, I am up 9lbs to 225lbs and bf % is dropping. Diet is pretty good (not greatest, but good for 5 days a week) and I try to eat 5-6 times a day. It was outlined in another thread and involves a lot of eggs, chicken, tuna, brown rice, shakes, greek yogurt, etc.
My training is also improving, but in different ways. I am definitely stronger, but my endurance (drop sets, etc.) is suffering. My arms are definitely growing and the veins are popping. The muscle pumps are great and brutal at the same time.
Sides? Lack of sleep for one. Numbness in my fingers and legs at times. Fatigue during the day (at times) from lack of sleep.
The gear? It works (obviously), but this is definitely not the smoothest I've had. Although not a fair comparison to Z (I only did test with Z), Z was smooth with no pip. This gear has some bad pip that I am just now adapting to. Maybe it is the oil. Maybe it is injecting 2.5CCs in my glute at once. Maybe it is both. One thing is certain, the pip is bad.
Will keep this thread alive with updates.
