Whats up guys, I'm 24, 6,0 175, 7.6% body fat. I compete in brazillian Jiujitsu in the southeast for fun, but i take it pretty serious. I've ben out for the last 3 weeks and have been injured on and off as long as i can remember. I have taked a bunch of stupid OTC prohormones and it just makes me slow and gain pointless weight. Im just asking for advice, i want to start having an off season where i recoup and build 5-10lbs quality muscle and heal up. I am willing to take anabolics but don't want to do it the wrong way. Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

welcome bro, I train for MMA also.
Try a cycle of test c or e for like 8-10 weeks if this is your first cycle. Make sure you have a good post cycle therapy (pct).
I will never take anything after steroids, all the pro hormones etc are a waste of money imo

Thanks for the info guys. I will do my best with finding online sources. I know source posting is a no no, but any specific do's and don'ts would be great.

do - hang around a bit

dont - google "steroids" and send your money to the first website you find.

Thanks, google just makes it look so easy. I'm the first to admit it, I am the newbie of all newbies. But i'm a big boy, i know who to talk too.

Gotcha, my bad.

I'm just going to get on a strict weight gainer regiment, heavy but eat clean-ish, and lift alot while my ankel heals up. I don't want to do anything in haste. I'll just stick around and learn.

That is a good idea and with the correct diet and work out routine you can probably hit your goal of just 5-10 lbs. Good luck and merry xmas

Welcome bro. these guys will get you on the right track... BJ Penn, one of the greatest practitioners of the sport, good choice on the avatar.
