The pooch and calves

Hi everyone, I'm Allison, I'm new here. Im having a big problem. GRAVITY. I'm 37 5'5 and 118 lbs. No matter how much i work out or watch calories I can't get rid of my lower ab pooch and my calves aren't getting bigger. I even wear heels all day. What can I do to get a tighter leaner body gain positive muscle mass and not destroy my femininity or health. ??
 
Welcome. Calfs are not fun you have to really kill them nd it's going to hurt. The pooch is much easier. Leg lifts are the exercise to tighten up the lower abs. You have to do them every day. Jamy can help you with your diet. Drop in to the diet forum an he will be happy to help you. Lunges will help with both.
