I hope I'm not crossing the line here, in case I broke a rule, I'd be pleased to delete this thread..
The issue is that we are urging everyone to start from our stickies , and I ve Ben here enough time to see that some of our mods , respected vets and gurus contradict some of the info in those stickies or advice the opposite in some subjects.
May be it's time to update some info in those...

There are some parts that are outdated (the use of nolva throughout cycle for example) but for the most part it is a lot of great info. Too much great info to take down IMO.

My suggestion was to go through them , and update them (if required), not taking them down brother..

I am not considering myself one of the vets in here, not even close, but I ve seen some contradiction , and I guess u did also. Let's wait one of the mods to chime in , and advise.

Reevaluating and/or fact-checking is never a bad thing. I'd be more than happy to fix any errors in my threads. (They're not stickies, but the idea...) Ideologies change as we develop. If something is inaccurate, maybe PM the original poster with your suggestions. If they reject your comments, get more opinions.

I don't see the issue. You're just speaking your mind. It's a free world. (for the most part )

Your opinions are just as valuable as anyone else's. You don't have to mention the sticky or the OP, just state what specific topics you think needs to be revisited.

The hcg blast before pct, and using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (aromasin) at 25 mg during pct.
How many of us really do this any more?

I recommend hCG on cycle only, and not a single day post cycle due to hCG's suppressive nature, and to avoid elevated intratesticular E2, which is damaging and cannot be managed with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI).

I also recommend that PCT consist of Tamoxifen and Clomiphene only, and nothing else.

I agree with you.. And that's exactly what I meant..
Still in one of those stickies, u see the hcg blast, and the aromasin usage at 25 MGS DAILY during pct.

Austinite, lots and lots of vets, use the same protocol you are using, but I found myself pct-ing as the sticky showed me almost 3 years ago (I wasn't a member).

Unfortunately , I didn't have friends to show me the right protocol.. I typed pct in the search tab , and saw the sticky, and did exactly what it says.
How many newbies did the same?

Aromasin will not hurt during PCT,, but it's really not needed. Certainly not at that dose. If you used aromasin up to PCT, then you could stop. No need for it. Tamoxifen can be used for preventing estrogen rebound, if thats the concern.

hi i am starting out on my journey to bulk up, I weigh a little over 145 pounds, am 5 ft. 8 inches, thin, little bulk and want to bulk up. what advice does anyone have as for safe steroids, and diet, liquids for me to bulk up with. any advice would be great and thanks in advance.
