The hcg blast before pct, and using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (aromasin) at 25 mg during pct.
How many of us really do this any more?

This is the best practice for proper PCT (I'm not a fan of Aromasin) If HCG or Igf haven't been used while on cycle.. Wether you choose to to do a proper PCT or not is up to you. Hcg is used to bring the testicles back to normal size so they are ready to produce Testosterone when stimulated.

Yes, the best protocol is to use 250 iu * 2 times per week during cycle.
But is using 500 ius daily for 10 days after cycle, the best practice? I guess not.

You will get different ideologies. I've seen 100 different ways to PCT. It's probably best to absorb all the information, then research it so you can make a more informed decision for your specific situation.
