The Weightloss Cycle / T4 and Clenbuterol

Hello All. Ive Just ordered some t4 and clen. Should be starting this by the end of the week.

Stats
30 Years old
205 Lbs
13% body fat
Diet

2 eggs, 2 sausages, cup of cottage cheese, cup of coffee
turkey wrap, 3 cups of salad with 2 tbs olive oil dressing
2 portions of lean meat, 2 portions of cheese, 3 cups of salad with 2 tbs olive oil, cup of coffee

Have done a 12 week cycle of Sustanon and clen 2.5 years ago.

My current goal is to decrease in weight for a decrease in my runtimes and an increase in my body-weight exercise reps (Chins, pushups sit-ups)

The reason? I need to do a test that consists of a 2.4km run, 31 pushups, 33 situps, 8 chinups, a 450m shuttle run at 20m intervals, and a 2X 6m rope climb. All of this needs to be done as fast as possible to a maximum time of 17 minutes. Of course the faster the better.

My PB on the 2.4km (1.5mile) run is 7:57 at 184 lbs.

Cycle:

Start at 25 mg T4 adding 25mg each day till i hit 150mg a day then running it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Clen, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off starting at 50mg and working up until i hit the jitters then back it off enough to not feel the jitters.

Why T4? T3 is converted from T4 and is just as readily available. You don't need to cycle off T3/T4 either. Just the beta agonists do AFAIK. I'm sure Austinite will correct me on that if I'm wrong though. (I've always cycled albut/clen 2 on - 2 off myself, but I'd believe what he has to say on the subject.)

Well T4 over T3 because it has been suggested by my friend who is a semi-pro body builder. And it seems to be less harmful than t3 from what I'm reading.
 
T3 isn't harmful at all. There are several studies indicating that your thyroid will make a full recovery very quickly even after being suppressed for YEARS. The call is yours, but you have to significantly up the dose of T4 to match the equivalent results of just going straight T3.
 
Halfwit. I wish they had people specifically trained for this information. The internet is just too overwhelmed with contradicting information. Thanks for the reply, unfortunately my shipment is payed for and on its way. Next time perhaps.

I changed it up
50 mg Clen
150 mcg Synthroid
Drinking lots of water.
Peeing Lots of Pee.
 
IMO Clen and especially thyroid won't help increase your cardio ability. Which it appears your goal is.. It will most likely hurt it.. On point diet and bust your ass training is what's up.
 
Thank you for the reply Mr. F. My goal this time is also to become light so that I do not hurt my existing ankle injury when I run long distances. Also Im prone to a rotator cuff injury which seems to come back when I do pull-ups. getting back down into the mid to low 180's should help me out.

That being said***8230; nothing is as healthy as doing it without drugs.
 
Halfwit is right. Why stress your body out to have it convert all that T4 over to the active hormone T3?? Makes zero sense. Also being that T4 gives more people negative side effects from what I have experienced and seen, I don't see the point. T4 usage comes from its synergy with GH which I still don't buy in to. Just like anything, when any medication is used at an unstable dose, there is an adverse side effect but T3 is very safe when used properly. My last point and the main reason why I hate T4, is because when T4 is not converted over to T3, it generally pools and becomes Reverse T3, thus attaching to the cell receptors and blocking/limiting active T3 to get in there, thus making the patient feel more hypothyroid. And that is why I hate T4.
 
Interesting Riprockwell. I am regretting the t4 right now. But I'm going to go through with it for this cycle. If i do another weightless cycle again, Ill use the t3 for sure. (hopefully ill be smart and not over indulge while on vacation again. Damn you Germany and Switzerland And Czech***8230;. the beer***8230; the pretzels***8230; the chocolate***8230;)
 
Day 3

125mcg Synthroid
75mg Clen

Before bed
ZMA
Melatonin

The energy is there but is not as jittery as the first 2 days on. I couldn't Sleep very well, up every 45 minutes. I have been taking 10 mg melatonin sublingually and its puts me down. The zma also relaxes my tense body.

Every morning will be 40 minutes of easy cardio. After work will be my strength program M/W/F or swimming T/T/S/S
 
If you haven't, you may want to pick up taurine as clen depletes your natural stores of the amino acid - typically causing pumps that can be quite uncomfortable. ;)

Ahhh. I'm all too familiar with the rotator cuff injuries. Hopefully you are addressing that as well. Just was saying perhaps a less aggressive approach with the weight loss considering the cardiovascular component..,
 
I do a really long warm up and cool down stretches. My new best friends are the rollers and the stretch bands.
 
Day 4

Jittery! Painfull Calf pumps. But nothing thats too over the top.

75mg Clen
125mcg Synthroid

40minute 3.5 mile Run in the am
Leg day in the PM

Lots of water.. Im finding its easy to consume large quantities of carbonated water and club soda along with regular ole H20. My food choices today sucked ass for breakfast and lunch. This was beyond my control due to work, but I'm certain my calorie intake wasn't over the top, it just could have been a bit more nutritious.

My question to you Clen fans. Should I bump my dose to 100 if I'm still jittery or stick with my current dose?
 
Halfwit, I haven't had a chance to get the taurine, But ill be sure to get some before tomorrow is over. Thanks for the reminder BTW
