Theoretical gains

I am starting my Test E only cycle, and I am a test virgin. I have been training for a solid 3 years and have reached my plateau and its time to push through. My question is how much can you gain on a test e only cycle here are my stats.

age: 30
height: 6ft
weight: 252
bf: 16%
bench: 380
squat: 600
deadlift: 650

My cycle will consist of:

wk 1 500
wk 2 500
wk 3 500
wk 4 750
wk 5 750
wk 6 750
wk 8 500
wk 9 500
wk 10 500
wk 11 250
wk 12 250

with 4 wk post cycle therapy (pct) starting week 11 (clomid).

Depends on your diet, training, sleep, etc. Some gain 30lbs. Some gain ten. Depends on how close to your natural potential you are. If you want to bulk eat, eat, and eat more. If you are looking to get lean, loose fat etc, then adjust diet accordingly.
 
I didn't notice the taper. Don't do that. That is old school pyramid type crap. 500mg a week for the duration. Stick to one dose to keep blood levels stable.
 
Dont taper. Run your cycle like this:

Weeks 1-12: Test 500mg/wk
Weeks 15-16: Clomid 100mg/day
Weeks 17-18: Clomid 50mg/day
*Note that week 15 means 14 days after your last Test Injection.
 
What about the 750 increase during weeks 4-6 some say this is where your increase benefits will maximize, or should I it be just a straight 12 week 500mg cycle.

Also why not taper it would seem beneficial to slowly lower the dose then to just suddenly stop.

Dont tapper this just run at one level. also you post cycle therapy (pct) dont start week 11 it will start 2 weeks after last pin.
you want to know what you will gain while doing this.
to hard to say. you may gain 7lbs nothing at all or you may gain 20+
but it wont all be muscle. water weight and fat will be present. and also trying to even guess what you will gain is impossible the way you eat train rest are all factors.

so this being said dont blame the gear if you only put on a few pounds.

taking one dose of test e 2 or more times per week for the duration of your cycle, effectively tapers it up, peaks it for a while, then tapers it back down. that's how ester cleavage works (in my understanding.) so by trying to taper it up and down you'll actually just be easing down then going back up then plateauing then easing back down going back up a bit plateauing, etc. on the way out. opposite on the way in. it really doesn't make much sense.

500 a week all the way through is fine man.
