I read on the other threads that deadlifts and squats can thicken your waist. I also have that problem, because of that it looks like I'm a litle fat. But I only have a fat% of 9% so that's not much. But because my chest isn't so big that is bigger than my belle (if you know what I mean) it looks like I'm a little fat, but I'm not.
