Probably at some time in his life, but it's hard to tell with that beard blocking his jaw and traps. He's definitely shredded though!

Because of more doctors prescribing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (and easier to get internet gear) I think we are seeing guys juice later and stay in shape longer than the previous generations .

He could have really good genetics too. Theres a local guy around here who just turned 60... he is at the bar everyday but he works hard during the day doing iron work, and cutting firewood. His arms / forearms are fuckin solid. Hes always arm wrestling people at the bar and ive never seen him lose.
 
There is no way he is doing steroids. They kill you if you do them and there is no way you can make it to 60.

Obviously I am acting like some idiot law maker who understands nothing!
