This is my first cycle been training for 10 years. Im 30 yrs old 5” 9 205 12% bdyfat. Im trying to add mass my strength is up there 405 bench,squat, and 545 dl. I know strength is the key to mass, but I hit a wall for the past 2 yrs. Ive done alot of research and test e was my choice for 1st cycle, but the gains probably wont kick in until wks 4 or 6, and I am running a 10wk cycle. So im wondering if anadrol 50 ed is ok?
