hello all,
well i have been working out since like age 16. i just cant seem to lose fat. i know i am an endomorph, which is the main reason i store fat so easy. i have tried so much. every fat burner and diet you can think of. the only time i have ever lost fat is when i was sick and not eating. just curious because it would be my first time using a steroid. i was thinking of clen but i don't like what they say about the shaking. i still want to look like a girl though (i like my curves). what do you guys suggest?

I suggest you post up your daily food intake. Be honest.

Losing fat is about diet and cardio... not shortcuts like fat burners and drugs.

Their are no shortcuts. If you want to look extreme you have to Workout to the Extreme and Eat perfectly. No Drug is going to replace this, Ever. Same you money and hire a good trainer and buy healthy good quality food.

Don't worry about getting big. Without Drugs.... Women can Not get Too big. I lift Very heavy ie Squatting over 315, Benching over 200, and I don't get too big. Because I don't use drugs anymore. I'm 5'3 and 160. I wear a size 6-8 Yes no joke a 6-8. It's amazing how dense you body can get when you workout and eat properly. I was a size 2-4 at 140, but I had a baby 6 months ago and it changed my body chemistry. I have accepted that I wont be lean again until I stop nursing.

lifting heavy weights is nothing to me. i say "bring it!" my diet is not bad.
morning i eat dry toast high fiber bread ham egg white and potato and fruit
then ill have some cereal low sugar quacker oats with skim milk
then ill have chicken breast and whole grain spaghetti with spinach salad olive oil and balasmic vinegar dressing
then ill have turkey sandwich with spinach and tomatoes and carrot stick with reduced fat wheat thins
then dinner ill have a protein shake just water and powder. i eat heavier in the beggining of the day then tapper out towards the end. I have never really been cut and thats what i want!
i work out 5 times a week cardio for 30 mins first thing in the morning 3 times a week and kickboxing class those same days 3 times a week. then weight lift upper part one day lower part another then everything on another day.

Someone else can jump in too but from what you are posting your Diet is Not right for your goals. The Carbs although they are high glycemic are still going to cause you to hold a bit more fat. The bread, wheat thins, spaghetti and quick oats need to go.

My opinion break your food up in to 6 to 8 small meals. Replace your carbs with low calorie vegetables. Any type is ok as long as it is around 35 calories per cup. 8 to 10 cups a day should give you a lot of bulk to fill you up. Don't add any extra oil or fat to your food, Even olive oil for a while. I use a winter mix, green beans, and a lot of squash. For example I eat an entire family sized bag of green beans and a small bag of winter mix with my fish for dinner.

As for the limited amount you posted on your work out It is awesome to see you are doing morning cardio try bumping this to 45 min 4 days a week. Also rearrange your lifting. If you are doing kickboxing your getting a good over all workout a few days a week. Take each day lifting and focus on different muscle groups using compound multiple joint exercises. For example Squats, Weighted Lunges, Bench, Deadlifting, Pull Ups. Small muscle group machines have their place, but your foundation should be these types of compound exercises.

Currently My favorite supplements are CoFFEE before morning Cardio, Whole Food Multi Vitamin, Super Pump Pre Lifting, Cell Mass Post lifting, EFA's, Amino Acid's, and additional Stress Complex. Of course I use Additional Protein.

This is all the help I can give ya with the information you have posted. If you give us more info I can help more, height weight age exact diet with portions, exact workouts with weights and reps and total volume.

It might take a year or two to look awesome, but you can get there with hard work.

so even if i eat most of my carbs at the beginning of the day, and a little after a work out so muscle can build that is not good? i do not eat processed junk at all. i do whole grain whenever i eat any carbs since they burn slower. maybe ill take a look at the diets forum and see what everyone else does. you guys rock on this site. thanks for your help and honesty. it is greatly appreciated.

oh and my stats:
i am 4ft 11 and 3/4.
120lbs
i have a wide frame and big bones, like i said before i am an endomorph. gain weight in the back of my arms and thighs easy. my waist stays small though.

If anything you should be eating carbs prior to lifting in order to fuel your workout, plus it gives you a chance to burn them off. You also need to add more protein, get a low carb or no carb whey protein.

fitday.com is good for logging calories and mirconutrients.

Low gi veggies are better than pasta or crackers.
