Anyways, im a mma'er and been training for 6 years, i strarted strength training 2 years ago, and had some good strength gains, aside from that, i was never able to build one pound of muscle..
I've used many diets in the past, went from 200 to 1500calories over my bmr, and either i gain fat, or i lose muscle when trying to cut. My strength gains are fine, i am just in need of fixing my weight a bit.. i am strong for my weight but im still 178.8lbs at 17%BF, been this since forever.
I am currently on john berardi's 170 muscle building sample diet from grapplers gym book, only thing i added was some casein and zma pre bed, and sometimes 2 tbs of pb in the middle of the night if im hungry.
I was curious on starting a PH cycle, was thinking of m1t, i heard many people getting great gains which kept on this cycle, im just looking for a way to change my body composition.
