Hi all, new to the forum, looking for a bit of help and info. Much appreciated.
Firstly, stats:
Age: 23
Weight: 180lb
Height: 5'11"
Body fat: 19%
Quick background check, 3 years lifting, 2 previous cycles, first of which was test e 500mg a week 12 weeks, second was test/eq 600mg a week for 10 weeks.
I'm now planning a third cycle very soon. Ive 'bulked' up over the past two cycles and was happy with my gains, its not until i started measuring my body fat i realized ive put on a fair bit of fat as well as muscle. Right, here's where my problem is, for my next cycle I had planned another bulk with test e and dbol.
But now i know my fat is at 19% im leaning towards dropping dbol and adding some var or something similar.
My question now is, can i do a 'Lean bulk' with test and var and will i be able to drop my fat and increase my muscle at the same time, i know its usually 1 or the other.
So my main goal from this cycle is to add more muscle, but achieve a more cut/defined look and to obviously drop my BF.
If the lean bulk would be applicable for me would anyone be able to recommend doses for the var as i would be a 'newbie' to orals and when to fit it into a 12 week course or any other info on what else i could use/do in my situation, thanks.
