Third cycle suggestions. Cut or Bulk??

Hi all, new to the forum, looking for a bit of help and info. Much appreciated.
Firstly, stats:
Age: 23
Weight: 180lb
Height: 5'11"
Body fat: 19%

Quick background check, 3 years lifting, 2 previous cycles, first of which was test e 500mg a week 12 weeks, second was test/eq 600mg a week for 10 weeks.
I'm now planning a third cycle very soon. Ive 'bulked' up over the past two cycles and was happy with my gains, its not until i started measuring my body fat i realized ive put on a fair bit of fat as well as muscle. Right, here's where my problem is, for my next cycle I had planned another bulk with test e and dbol.

But now i know my fat is at 19% im leaning towards dropping dbol and adding some var or something similar.
My question now is, can i do a 'Lean bulk' with test and var and will i be able to drop my fat and increase my muscle at the same time, i know its usually 1 or the other.

So my main goal from this cycle is to add more muscle, but achieve a more cut/defined look and to obviously drop my BF.

If the lean bulk would be applicable for me would anyone be able to recommend doses for the var as i would be a 'newbie' to orals and when to fit it into a 12 week course or any other info on what else i could use/do in my situation, thanks.
 
Appreciate the info, im not planning this for another couple months yet so ill be able to diet down by then. This would still be the cycle i would do though.
Would there be any problems with the test/var combo if i was to drop my bf?
I was thinking test prop 100mg eod 1-4 weeks, test e 500mg week 1-12, var (reccomend best time to fit in)?

Like mentioned, you need to work on your diet. Your 5'11" and you only weigh 180lbs. At 19% bf after a couple cycles your in bad shape. Diet is everything. You should've learned that by now. It doesnt matter what or how much gear you take, you gotta have the diet going. Look up 3j. He will do more for u naturally in 12 weeks then u probably could with gear.
 
Ok thanks for the advice, 180 does sound small but considering i started about 140 with no muscle at all i have come some way, but yes that still doesn't hide the fact im at 19% bf (i dont look fat, thats why i was suprised when i found out), i have let it slip in that regard, diet could be stricter. I'll look up that 3j, thanks.
