I understand the need for HCG when running a cycle as well as being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), keeps your natty test production going and keeps the boys from shriveling up like raisins. HCG is currently not part of my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol and I have not noticed any testicular atrophy what so ever. I have heard that just slightly smaller than a walnut is average but seeing as that I am not gay so other than my own I have no reference to go by.
