Ok remember I was going to start a diet and have someone write me a plan. Well I got my plan and let me say first off, until you see it and what you should be doing, you dont realize how much your diet sucks. Well my diet. Ohh yes I ate clean but the macros holy crap was I off.
Im still alittle in shock over this. My plan calls to lose body fat for 5 days Protien 170, carbs 100, fat 40 then 2 days protien 150, carbs 180, fat 35. Plus getting in 20 grams of fiber a day. IM IN PAIN PEOPLE PAIN!!!!
Ok today was my first day, doing the 170, 100,40
here is the day so far
2 egg whites , 1 whole egg ,1 slice of ww bread, coffee, no sugar creamer, 1 teaspoon of no sugar ketsup
4 oz turkey, spinach raw, cabbage raw, 1 low carb english muffin ( whole foods some heath crap) ketsup
1 low carb shake
salad, with cabbage, broccli, spinach, 1 teaspoon dressing
4 0z chicken
and thats where I stand right now. The number right now at totals are
130 protien/70 carbs/ 20 fat /13 fiber
How the hell can I eat 40 more grams of protien. I need to plan better. This is tough. I am 145 lbs trying to lose body fat and this is alot. Now mind you my diet before sucked but it was basically low on protien by this plan and carbs all night. This really is a challenge. DO you think this sounds right !!! If so how can I space out my protien better so I dont wind up at 130 at 6 pm and am stuffed and need 40 grams more. I NEED SOME IDEAS!!!!! Planning is everything here. ANd I cant believe I am going to lose weight on this.
I guess I will throw in some egg whites tonight, and some low fat cheese. I need to space all this out better. I was not ready and did not realize the amounts. My old diet really was as MM would put it crapola!! Im so stuffed.
