I dont know how long you will cycle but
Test Prop 75 mg 6 times per week Weeks 1-13 like 90 days / 3 months
Masteron Prop 75 mg 6 times per week Weeks 1-13 - like 90 days / 3 months
Oral Turinabol 40 mg per day weeks 1-5
Oxandrolone 60 mg per day weeks 8-14 ( Oxan can be more mg , but its budget question also.)
Week 14-15 PCT.

His workout is his gym teachers responsibility and nutrition is something which he needs to consult to some expert like 3 j
His blood test is also need to seen my doctor , but with 1 cycle with Oxandrolone i am sure his liver is just fine.
In his picture he seems old enough to start , and anyway he started.
Oral s are 10 weeks but there is 2 weeks break in the middle plus second oral is Oxandrolone which is very very easy on liver with a low dosage
So all will be fine

Ok than , you help him, anyway he is not my friend or something like that.
If you think you can offer a better cycle , be my guest. But also write him a proper diet plus a training routine and take him to bloodtest and comment about results.
After that be his personal consultant instead of assuming that he is idiot just because he asked advice. Its ADVICE in the end, not ORDERS.
He can be inspired and make it modify and better for him or refuse it look other plan.

If you think its too much skip Oral turinabol and just go with Oxandrolone,
Since you will wish to cut, tamoxifen will be nice addition because you will wish to keep aromatization low for preventing fat and water retention.
Next to this if you can find Proviron can be also nice like :
Tamoxifen 20 mg pr day
Proviron 50 mg per day
This is also keep our free test higher by lowering SHBG

There is a reason why here we ask for history. Op you need to devulge someninfo to get the correct advise and cycle information. To just throw out a cycle with out some i formation is irresposnable at best. Give us what Matty asked for and I guarantee the cycle opinions will be top notch.

Like i say again, there is not an obligation on this he must use what you advise to him.
Since he is free adult person , he can decide what he wants.
I just wrote an example to him so he can have an idea how a cut cycle looks like. So he can start searching.
The rest is depending on him, if you ask my opinion, accepting and using the exact cycle which somebody you dont know advises is stupid.
Users always need to modify cycles according to their choices and for their own parameters.
To sum all up, my intention is to give him a point which he can start searching on.

I have no dogbon this fight but my last point on this.
What u gave him amd everyone else will give him will be nothing more than opinion but the way I look at it whats better a well educated opinion or some shot in the dark opinion. I guess he will make that choice.

Tamoxifen will lower the effect of Estrogen because it have ability to bind Receptor so Estrogen will still be in the body and he will not suffer from side effects related to too low estrogen.
Since he will do a mild cycle , he doesnt need Aromatase inhibitor (AI), that will only suppress his gains and lower his sex drive and energy. Besides it will fuck up cholesterol levels.
On the other hand, you SHUT THE FUCK UP and if you wish to talk, try to say something useful which somebody can actually have a benefit from.
