Hi everyone!!
Stats:
age: 28
Height: 72" , 6 ft
Weight: 193lbs (start of cycle)
BF: ~12-15% (rough guess from picture comparison, prior to cycle i could see my six pack without tightening my abs)
Years lifting: 10+ years
Prior cycles:
2009 ran a test eth only at 500 wk for 8 weeks, no post cycle therapy (pct) (learned a lot from this one, really didn't have any guidance or support just a "friend" handed me some test)
2012 ran two prohormone cycles with proper post cycle therapy (pct). SuperDrol compounds
Current Cycle:
Weeks 1-4 Test Cyp 250/wk (ran a low dosage to see how my body would react)
Weeks 5-8 Test Cyp 375/wk w/ Tren E 200/wk
Weeks 9-14 Test Eth 400 / wk w/ Tren E 200/wk
PCT: Clomid 100/100/50/50 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 3500ui Week 14 and 2500ui Week 15
I have arimdex on hand incase of any flare ups
Diet: 2800 to 3000 clean calories a day, 270g protein /day
Goals looking be a lean solid 190lbs ~ 8%BF said and done
I'm currently in week 5 of the cycle, first tren pin when yesterday, delt is still sore...
My weight has dropped down to 186lbs but my strength is still growing. I'm excited for the Tren to work it's way into my system!!
