this whole Aesthetics thing is really getting out of control

YOU prove how your 'fast food is awesome' diet is the better then me eating healthy foods. I KNOW that what I eat is good food and do most well adjusted people. I've written out what I mostly eat and what most normal people consider to be healthy food, I would so dearly love to hear your proof that your 'diet' is oh so much better

U dont get it do u?

The guy didn't say that... U call it (your diet, your fast food) and I didn't see one time he is encouraging ppl to eat shit.
He said that if it fits ur daily intake , then u can .

Closed minded people are annoying.. At least consider the idea that people are able to eat "dirty" food and still be ripped and huge. It's not physically, or nutritionally impossible. I'm not a nutritionist, doctor, physicist, personal trainer or anything. I'm just a simple college student but I know that there are exceptions to just about every rule.

No one in this thread (that I've seen) is saying that you SHOULD eat "dirty" food every meal but you COULD eat "dirty" food for a small portion of your daily macros. This whole natty thing isn't getting out of control. This whole "I'm right your wrong" attitude towards people who are obviously opened minded individuals, making very valid arguments is getting out of control. Until you can prove that what Dre or anyone else is saying wrong, your arguments are ignorant. Proof with science is the only way. This whole "because I say so" nonsense is just ridiculous.

Are you trying to say someone cannot get a great physique if they party, drink, or go to McD's or Pizza Hut bc that's not true. The reality of physiology is already a warped perception by many in the fitness industry but that's bc confusion allows supp companies to sell product on mass levels to the sheep. Yes partyin and drinking and fast food will make it harder to achieve certain goals and likely lengthen the time frame but being a shredded fitness model and party, etc are not mutually exclusive of each other.

But, If it fits my macros, why can't I eat like that?

From solely a body composition standpoint you could and still get the results you wanted. If you happen to value your health, you do need some modicum of micronutrients which GENERALLY are found in higher quantities in whole and minimally processed foods. Also, certain people have intolerances to certain foods and can perform better with a certain food vs a substitute. More intensity in the gym is great but that's not directly related to results. So my point is it is best to vary your food sources and no source of food is bad (besides artificially hydrogenated oils) in the context of a WHOLE diet. You cannot examine a food on its own as good or bad since its the diet that makes the difference not the food. To use a popular fallacy that was used in this thread, appeal to an extreme, "eating ONLY broccoli and nothing else for your macros is just as unhealthy as eating nothing but pizza". Macros and micros are lackin in both instances. Vary your food sources and don't have a heart attack if you decide to include the fries, burger, pizza, fast food or what have you IN MODERATION IN THE CONTEXT OF YOUR WHOLE DIET!

Edit* do you see me anywhere saying one MUST eat McD's or anything else they don't want to? No you don't, I bring up convenience and personal taste. I you hate fast food don't eat it, I you hate chicken don't eat it, if you hate burgers don't eat them. Eat foods you enjoy and fit them into your macros. If you did want some fast food, you must adjust for it since its usually calorie dense by dropping some carbs and fat from other meals so total energy intake is constant. If you believe otherwise I invite you to explain how a G of fat from McD's will make me any fatter than a G of fat from olive oil IN AN ISOCORIC DIET. :)

lol.. I know, i know, we spoke about this before. I was just busting your chops.

I'd say, the diet part is how you want to look in the end. Powerlifter vs. Bodybuilder

i'm withh you on the free dennis campaign!

The only real difference between a powerlifter and bodybuilders is training and the fact that powerlifters only cut to get into a specific weight class. The diet can be the same or different and when they cut they eat the same foods just less total calories. Not all powerlifters are fat either, just the ones who don't care about body comp and are in heavyweight or super heavy classes. Underneath all that fat though is a shit ton of muscle and all it takes is a cut to show it off :)

You forgot their big ol beer belly guts!

LMFAO.. i don't know... I enjoy power lifting but, I also enjoy looking at myself in the mirror and seeing muscle definition. Doesn't mean i'm eating boiled chicken every night but, I try my best to keep my diet at its best.
I can tell not only in the mirror when I've been eating like crap but, also in the weight room.

The two are not dichotomous groups though German! You can certainly lift heavy weights and look good at the same time. If you're concerned about aesthetics, your strength will suffer a bit as a result and conversely if you worry about only strength than aesthetics will suffer. It's best to balance everything out according to YOUR specific goals. You care about both so a good nutritious diet along with lifting HEAVY ASS weights will work best for you. And I'd always tell you to eat what you enjoy. Don't eat things bc BB'ers do if you hate them. I know you get this I'm saying it for those who don't! Your progress is nothing short of amazing so you are doing things right, I'm merely saying if you can live with your choices that's fine, if not its ok to vary your diet a bit and include foods you truly enjoy :)

LMFAO.. If I fucking ate carrot cake everyday, I'd be a lard ass, no thank you!!!

In that case try zucchini bread :D

I've seen a lot of recipes lately using zucc's as a base... I never got to try making it at work but, maybe I will now that I'm pretty much a stay at home wife for the time being lol... I don't think IH will object to that just, we both don't really eat bread like, ever!

If IH complains just send me the leftovers :D. Zuchinni bread is just like banana bread but no bananas obviously. It's pretty fucking good, someone at my job brought some in today and its moist and flavorful. You don't even taste the zuchini. Only thing is it was a little too sweet for me so maybe slightly less sugar.

Okay, wait for ittt....

Deer burger on home made pretzel bun. Topped with some nice German mustard, and caramelized onions seasoned with thyme!

How delish does that sound?!

I'll give it a shot... You know what I use to like when I was a kid was zucc pancakes. My sisters father use to make them all the time. I think he would grate the zuccs then make some sort of batter and fry them up... Oh my god!!! They're so delish!

If you like the pancakes you'll like the bread for sure. I started making pancakes with protein powder, some flour or oats, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, salt and some milk for consistency. Top it with blue agave nectar instead of syrup and mix in some raspberries and blackberries in the batter and its so good

You just made me drool at work hahaha. That sounds amazing! A little bit of guac on top and I'd be a happy man!!!
