this whole Aesthetics thing is really getting out of control

Flexible dieting is a much better term and description of what the basis of IIFYM really is. It's only popular because these specific fags (LOA) promote it on YouTube and BB.com so you have a bunch of noobs that think they can get by with eating ONLY pizza, ice cream, poptarts, fast food, etc. Which technically... you will gain weight on a fast food diet. Been there done that, got fat.

Not to but in on the nutrition talk as I personally bloat up like the Michelin Man just looking at McD's menu, but is it me or do these young "aesthetic" guys seem overtly gay as a three dollar bill nowadays or what? I watched a few minutes of the video and was just thinking, "He's not really that big and posting a video because he's lean.... Big fat hairy deal."

Thanks zyzz.

Ramy exploded in 3 years. Insane.

Clearly ramen and McD's.

Now that's a physique I wouldn't feel silly about making a youtube video for. :p

what you described as a 'pizza' is not the normally thought of 'pizza', when these goons say ' pizza' they are not being specific, 99% of the populous will think immediately of a traditional pizza or their favourite pizza, nor are they being specific about anything else, they are not breaking down the how's an why's they are just saying, "I eat pizza and burgers, drink and party. "

All I get from your argument is you know next to nothing about the actual science of the body, but throw your lot behind this myopic view of YOUR dieting tenants, then proceed to try and throw belligerent attacks at anyone who does not see it YOUR way. . So far All I've said is " eat healthy" , that's it. You read what you will into it, I have no desire to argue with yet another 'nutritional expert' pontificating their agenda for all of us poor slobs to bow down to.

"... the pizza can have broccoli, peppers, onions etc and have more micros now than a simple piece of chicken breast. You can continue to cherry pick "case studies" all you want, correlation does not prove causation and have yet to show the source of the food is what caused this miraculous change. Did your example set up a control group? Does it compare isocalroic diets or at least eucaloric diets? Did you track macros and micros before and now? If you haven done any of these than you have no basis for your argument and are making grandiose assumptions.

To move away from the ridiculous examples youre using, Why don't you break down the physics and chemistry of the human body for us and explain how the body will metabolize 1 g carbohydrate of a pizza crust any differently than 1g of carbs from oats when all other factors are equal? Don't go back to your red herring fallacies of "what's included in the pizza etc etc etc" bc those factors are all the same. Now where's the difference in the biological processes? Is your body magic that it knows McDonald's is a dirty food but oats are clean? Show me a study that backs up what you're saying in the least that doesn't make any assumption errors?

After all this, all you've provided is a cherry picked example of "a kid", non-pertinent examples of diets, strawmen arguments, etc and there is an astonishing lack of objectivity in here. You came in with your mind made up, not open to hearing the other side which right off the bat makes you an illogical debater.

I'm making belligerent attacks at anyone who doesn't see it my way? All you've made is unsubstantiated claims and you started it out with a belligerent attack on whoever Mr. Natty happens to be and implied my foolishness for believing something other than what a Kinesiologist major told me about nutrition. You conveniently skipped the part where you yourself became a nutritional guru and cannot be wrong when it comes to nutrition.

So yet again, after failing to address a single point you bow down. That's cute, you come in make a few ultimatums, spout off at the horn, try to get a few brownie points by throwing out that you have a degree in human MOVEMENT aka kinetics, misrepresent an argument or two, fail to give any evidence yet call me out for not knowing science, etc. that a typical day for you? Now I know why your "last debate" was given up on by the other party and I quote:

Just making you aware that you're too emotional and lack the logic to be taken seriously

^^^ Same exact traits you've displayed here. When you actually have a logical rebuttal to my other statements or questions and come to your senses I'll be happy to oblige you with more of my myopic dieting tenets but until then I kind of like you bowed down ;)

zyzz was a pretty skinny mother fucker to begin with. He might have actually needed a lot of junk food and high calories to grow. Look at the diet of professional swimmers its not exactly a strict bodybuilding diet. Some peoples bodies need more calories to gain muscle and McDonald's and fast food can provide those calories easier than chicken and rice can. Zyzz obviously had a fast metabolism and most likely had to eat a shit load of food to grow. Also zyzz really looked like he was taking steroids to me I do not think he was natural. I think being young has to do with a lot of it to. When you are younger you can eat so much more shitty food and still get ripped. I use to drink every day almost and eat whatever I felt like and work out religiously with no cardio and I had striations in a lot of my muscles and was around 10% to 11% body fat at 200 pounds. Now if I ate whatever I want and drank every day my body would bloat up and I would get fat to. So I think the younger some one is the more of certain natural hormones they have that burn fat and gain muscle. Lol I didn't really read every one's responses so im not trying to argue with any one or be a dick. I'm just stating what comes to my mind.

honestly the whole zyzz things annoys me and pisses me off but if he is getting younger guys to work out and help them to feel better about themselves who am I to hate zyzz just because he is a annoying border line fag.

Its odd that I just made a comment on another thread how I felt, from my personal experience, that those educated in exercise science, kinetics, and nutrition tend to know the least about it. Yes, you know a lot of information, but not much that is practical.

My roommate is one of those genetic freaks (to the best of my knowledge he is natural). Drinks almost every weekend, eats "crap." I have picked him up to go to the gym before and he got in my car eating a cheeseburger. He is probably the biggest, most shredded dude that goes to my gym and he does what he knows that works for him. Not what some kinesiology major told him to do.

in Canada kinesiology is a fuckin joke!!! I train personal trainers man they are all fuckin retarded... I have no fuckin idea what they learn in those classes man

edit*sorry dreday have no idea what my response has to do with your comment :p maybe I should just remove the quote

I wouldnt lump all those with kinesiology/nutrition backgrounds into the same category bud. I was a trainer for 7 years and my number 1 client was always myself ... Constantly learning as i went and trying new ideas

In fairness I think he's talking about Canada specifically, not in the states. you Bigkit are an exception my brother. its not accurate to make a blanket statement to the whole profession but it does need work. Also you do what I said in my first or second post: KEEP AN OPEN MIND! :)

Sorry if you felt I was attacking those educated. I was simply saying, from my experience, that tends to be the trend. They think their was is the best way like my friend thinks more reps lighter weight will get your more cut up and less reps more weight builds mass. To an extent this is true but he is dead set that this is true for every individual.

So, thank you for having an open mind.
